5818 Mission St, San Francisco“So, I am fairly new to glasses. My first pair were progressives. They seemed to cause me more problems. Needless to say, I lost those and the second pair. It wasn't until being introduced to this kind, knowledgeable doctor that I understood why I needed TRIFOCALS!! You see, these can cause dizziness and headaches when adjusting to them. This was not explained to me. It is because of this that I continuously took them off. This is why I kept losing them. Dr. Dumalao explained what was going on with my eyesight and what the glasses were actually "doing". So, I am determined to wear them so that my vision can be as close to normal as it can be. It was a pleasure to actually understand and feel heard!!!“

“For years, I've been a devoted customer of SEE Eyewear. I first frequented their Union location, but since its closure, I've become a regular at the only remaining store in SF, conveniently situated at the Palace Hotel. SEE's glasses are crafted in small, distinctive batches, ensuring each pair is truly one-of-a-kind. What truly sets SEE apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff, particularly their optician, Dave Bell, is a superstar par excellence in customer service. Over the years, Dave has guided me to numerous pairs of perfect glasses for me, always eliciting questions like, "Where did you get those?!" It's a run, don't walk type of situation folks. Oh! And they get new glasses in every month, pretty cool!“

59 Clement St, San Francisco“She was so kind as to move up my appointment when I was in an accident on my bicycle where I learned a new phrase "getting doored" and ended up with broken glasses. Although her schedule was packed, she was able to see me the next day and I think she ended up working over time to finish up since towards the end I'm pretty sure I heard her tummy growling so maybe it was past her dinner time? Julie is so kind and caring it was great to come back to her practice after over 10 years when I had moved out of the area.“

She gave me some suggestions and within 10 minutes she helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Olga is great to work with. 414 20th Ave, San Francisco“Finally, an optometrist who solved the mystery of two pairs of eyeglasses that were unwearable. I usually wear contacts so I blew off these eyeglasses that did not correct my vision correctly. Years later, dry eye developed so out came eyeglasses. He figured out how my glasses were incorrectly made, even though the prescription was somewhat appropriate. Dr Chong explains eye conditions well and he's enthusiastic about really helping his patients SEE WELL. Highly recommend.“

3032 Clement St, San Francisco“Late post. Last September my husband & I visited NYC. I noticed some of my pictures taken that I was wearing my prescription Dior clear glasses, it was slanted. I said I will bring it to Sea Cliff Optometry office to fix it. While waiting for our boarding at the JFK airport going home, I noticed the crack on the right temple of my frame glass. I did not know how it happened. I immediately called Darryl in the office of Sea Cliff Optometry. She asked me to take the picture for which I did & texted it to her. The next day, I saw Darryl wearing my old glasses with prescription. Since I still have the warranty, she sent off my glasses to the lab for replacement. After two weeks, I got my brand new Dior prescription glasses. I really like the service provided by this office especially Darryl who rendered her service without hesitation. Another instance where I lost my prescription Chanel sunglasses in Las Vegas this December. I went to Darryl and ordered a different new Chanel sunglasses. I used up my vision insurance benefit this year. But Darryl made it worked. Now I have my new prescription Chanel sunglasses to wear. I really recommend this office. It is clean, nice staff and they carry different design frame glasses to choose from Chanel, Dior, etc.“

6918 Geary Blvd, San Francisco“You can tell he's a caring doctor. Not sure was he able to find a PT Russian speaking receptionists. The poor doctor has to do everything himself... including filing all the patient's prescriptions/files by the old fashion way.... into a file drawer The office is located on Geary Blvd and 33rd Ave. There's another called Richmond Vision Care which is on Geary and ~ 24th Ave“
“I saw Dr. Jenny Yuen yesterday. It was my first time visiting See Saw Seen and from the moment I walked through the door she made me feel welcomed. My visit was very quick and the doctor was very thorough. I'm so happy to have found See Saw Seen and will definitely recommend them and Dr. Yuen to family and friends:“
