Just got a phone call from Eyecare Associates. I have a follow up appointment and they phoned to say they no longer accept my insurance plan and that I would have to pay the bill myself for the appointment. They said they will not take Sutter HMO.

Dr. Ann Nguyen was fantastic. She made me feel very relaxed and confident in the procedure. Couldn't have been nicer. The young ladies at the front desk could have been a little more professional. The selection of available glasses is small. The location is pretty convenient. Ample parking. Overall a good experience. I'll be back next year!

I really enjoyed the experience here. The staff are true professionals and everything was done efficiently. Dr. Tan took his time to fully understand my issues and did an outstanding exam. I had the eye exam for the annual check up and returned a week later for the contact exam and fitting. I did have to wait but that's not a deal breaker. As far as some of the other reviewers, I'm not sure if you had a bad day or you felt entitled. But the eye exam went well, the prescription for glasses went well and the contact fitting went well. Overall I highly recommend this place.
