This store has an amazing (and fun) selection, expert help in finding frames, and friendly service overall. Additionally, they went out of their way to help me by repairing a pair of frames that I previously purchased from another store. It's wonderful having them in the neighborhood.

I needed my glasses fixed and Ryan was amazing. He fixed my glasses for free, even though it was a bit more complicated than a normal fix. He even tightened my wife's glasses! Truly excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

Cedric is exceptional and embodies the true spirit of service. I came to him with a cracked pair of hand-made glasses that were expensive. My lenses are highly specialized and cost even more at around $1000. So I had to replace the frames with an exact pair or be forced to pay $1500+ for a new set of everything. When I met with him to discuss my options, he offered to have them repaired by an outside vendor--and at a fraction of the price. I was taken aback. This wasn't even on my radar. I was very thankful and can use the extra savings elsewhere. It's this level of dedication to his clients' needs that deepens their loyalty to Veo.
