This is a great place if you're on a budget and looking to improve your golf game. They have six short holes with three different tee boxes on each hole, so you can "play" 18 holes if you'd like. Their range hits into a net, but it's still a decent size. The pro shop has the basics and enough to get you started, but not the same selection as a Golf Galaxy. The prices are reasonable, but not cheap. The parking lot isn't huge, but still had spots available when I went. The staff wanted to help and weren't stuffy.
We love the Lion Gold Academy. The instructors are amazing! Hats off to Joe for being so patient with the kids. Great place for golf lessons!

I'm extremely pleased with Roy's services. I hired him for a complicated family law case a few months back and from the start he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He didn't overpromise and kept my expectations reasonable, although in the end we achieved all my objectives and things couldn't have gone better. Cynthia is the absolute BEST! She is super talented, offers great suggestions, makes your nails look fabulous and is very meticulous with her work. I’ve been coming to Cynthia regularly for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve done Apres Gel X extensions and then Cynthia helped me grow my own nails long enough to not need extensions. Now they’re my own nails with gel and I’ve never had nails so long and healthy! Not only is Cynthia a true professional, she is a considerate, funny and kind person who is easy to chat with and it’s always a pleasure to see her.
Tawny is a magician from heaven. New to San Diego and suffer sticker shock. Had been going to a local beauty school and while they did a good job with grey coverage, I wasn't getting the final product I was looking for with a provided inspiration picture. I bit the bullet and found Radar Salon was highly reviewed. Filled out the client intake and was scheduled with Tawny. Upon meeting she is so warm and welcoming. I don't know anything about hair, showed her some pics, shrugged my shoulders and she worked her magic! Also special to see stylists walking around and genuinely offering to help one another whether it was to get more color, blow dry or clean. Seems like an awesome group of tight knot stylists. It wasn't cheap but worth every penny. You certainly get what you pay for and can't believe I walked around with such ugly hair before!

Amazing service with daisy!!! I just moved to San Diego looking for a new salon when I stopped into portal, I got an appointment with daisy. I haven’t got my hair done in a while(I had a lot of concerns and issues) daisy knew exactly my vision. We did a Bob haircut for me and color which turned out incredible. I’ve never been happier. I highly recommend going to her if meeting somebody to trust with your hair inspiration and vision.
This was a really positive experience. Daze was so nice. Haircuts feel risky, but Daze was attuned and responsive, and reassured me that we could always adjust (even through a mini follow-up appointment) until we found what I liked. I need not have worried - it turned out fantastic!

When I found Vida I was frustrated because of an experience I had just had with a different Salon. I was looking to get my hair Permed and it seemed impossible to find someone to do this. Tino is by far one of the best stylist I've ever met. The attention to detail is extraordinary. After coming to T.G. Hair Studio last year, I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair. It takes time to find someone who is a professional of this degree and that's why I won't go anywhere else.
When my normal hairdresser wasn't available, I browsed around for some local ones. I came upon Richard Joseph Salon, and saw all the great reviews. They have so many hairdressers to choose from with their different specialties. I ended up going with Darius, and I could not recommend him more! Maria did an awesome job with my daughter's and my haircuts. Best haircuts we've received in all of California, specially given how technically difficult my daughter's haircut is. She also did a great job blow drying my hair, which a lot of hair stylists struggle with on the west coast. There was also a good vibe at the salon; everyone was super friendly and down to earth.

I hadn't cut my hair in about 4 years (only trims when it got too long) and was recommend cut and dry by a friend. They are so very hospitable as I was greeted by everyone who worked there and offered a complementary beverage as well. I asked Mikee to do what he thought would best and he made me look so dapper. Such a chill guy who made me feel so comfortable. He was closer to the door and greeted everyone who came in and made sure they were where they needed to be. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a fresh cut. Make sure to make an appointment beforehand.

The UV beds get me so tan and the spray booths are quick and easy with so many options to choose from. The Fit Body Wrap is a game-changer in my workout routine. I was visiting San Diego and stopped in here for a gel manicure because it was nearby our hotel. It was very clean and fast, and my manicure has lasted for over 3 weeks with no chipping. I always work with Amy and she just does an amazing job every time, but I am certain you cannot go wrong with any of the girls here. It's excellent quality, you will not be disappointed. I found Michelle through Google and all the great reviews, she did not disappoint. I've been getting waxed for over 7yrs now and had a really painful experience with soft wax in the past, so I was hesitant to use it in our session. Kelly is FABULOUS! She is very easy to communicate with and setting up my first appointment with her was a breeze. Upon entering the space, I was greeted with a very nice fruity scent and a really clean work area. Overall the vibe was very lovely and cozy. Kelly talks to you about her process and clarifies with you as well so there aren't any jump scares. I got my underarms and all of my legs waxed and it truly was such an awesome experience. I have been going to PB Beauty Bar for about eight years. Melissa and Katie are top-of-the-line beauty providers and are really fun. The rest of my family and I have seen them for a variety of services including facials, sugaring, brows/eyelashes, tanning and product advice. Melissa does sugaring and facials for my 14-year-old who battled with severe acne but now has beautiful glowing skin. Melissa teaches her about proper skin care and always has great conversations with her. The salon is adorable and always clean. I have never had to wait for my appointments, they are always on time. I have been coming to Rebecca and her staff since I moved to San Diego in 2018. I have never had a negative experience there! I switched to Meghan and have been so happy with my time with her. She is so sweet and skillful and I love the conversations we have. It's almost pain free when you keep up with maintenance treatments and I am so happy I found sugaring over waxing. You can't compare them! I recently enrolled in the new membership program and it has been so nice to get a discount on services and the skincare line they carry, which is amazing. I am very cognizant about cruelty free beauty products and the PCA skincare line is just so great. My one piece of feedback is that I would love to see another facial gal there. I loved being able to get a relaxing facial to treat myself when I went in to get sugared. It's nice to be able to get two treatments in one location. No complaints with Swanky Sugar!
I have been to extraordinary beauty twice so far for the signature Hydrafacial and it is worth every penny! My skin is flawless after and the amount of compliments I get on my skin after a treatment is unbelievable. The Hydrafacial really sucks out all the junk trapped in my pores and I am obsessed. I've been seeing Rebecca for almost a year now. Her fair pricing has ensured I can come for micro needling on a more regular basis. I like the location as it's a pretty easy on and off situation. The ambiance is soothing, spacious, organized and clean. Rebecca uses the best numbing cream I've ever used and have not felt any pain during my procedures. I've received better results at Aztec Tan and Spa due to Rebecca's ability to listen and trust what I want. Great experience for me, my SIL, and mom. My SIL and I had the lymphatic drainage facial and my mom had the a 90 minute facial. It's a nice place with easy parking, though the center can get crowded. Felt great after and even fell asleep during the treatment.

I got my biggest tattoo done at Port Side Tattoo, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After spending a LOT of time researching different shops and artists around San Diego, I landed on Tim, the owner of Port Side, to take on this project--and I'm so glad I did. I travel an hour just to see him, and it's worth every minute. I came in with a few individual tattoos on my arm but wanted to take it to the next level by filling in the background to create a cohesive sleeve. Tim did all of the background you see on my arm, and he did an incredible job. He was able to seamlessly tie my existing tattoos together with his signature background and shading. One thing I really appreciated about working with Tim is how flexible and accommodating he is. I could only commit to shorter, two-hour sessions at a time due to my pain tolerance and he made that work! The shop itself has an inviting, clean, and professional atmosphere. You can tell that cleanliness and safety are top priorities, which made the whole experience more comfortable. I also have to shout out the other artists at the shop--they're all incredibly talented and create such a positive vibe in the space. Stefan and his team were fantastic! Re-piped our entire house with new copper in 3.5 days, including all the dry wall work. Couldn't believe how hard these guys worked, from early morning into the evening every day. They figured out the least invasive route for re-piping, so that very few wall penetrations were needed. Great skill and work ethic, highly recommend them!
Patrick came out late afternoon & determined that what I thought was a slab leak in my laundry room, was actually from a prior leak in my a/c’s condensation line He checked everything & reassured me that the concrete just needed to dry out. Boy oh boy! I don't know what to tell you, but if you're looking for a quality electrical company, these people are the bomb. We recently decided to put in Solar and then found out that based on our needs and the size of the solar system we wanted that are 40+ year old electrical panel would not do the job. We needed to upgrade the panel and because of new regulations in San Diego county it also had to be moved to a new location. Underground necessitated from the street to my house. All in all complex that could've been a whole lot more expensive. The crew at United was absolutely amazing to deal with honestly when they finish the work you couldn't tell that it hadn't always been that way. The panel provided a lot of other benefits as well. My circuit breakers don't flip anymore and I'm powering my house with Solar. Even during power outages. Definitely add them to your bid list for a big job. I think you'll be really pleased with the results.

This is my second time that Cesar came to my home as I had to two electrical outlets to be installed and a dimmer that needed to be fixed. Not only did Cesar charged me very reasonable but he went out of his way to fix our electrical outlet by our stairs and also replaced the dimmer both at no charge. I might add Cesar was punctual, his fees are reasonable and has very good communication skills. He's professional and knows his trade very well. Sergei was extremely professional. My microwave stopped heating. He was sure it was the magatron, but once he checked it he found that it was working correctly. I so appreciated his honesty, because he could have totally bamboozled me into thinking I needed an expensive repair. Much to my surprise the microwave just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in again...kinda like the your printer or computer. Totally surprising right? So weird, but what do I know about microwave ovens? He also reminded me I just needed to turn off the breaker instead of removing the microwave. This whole experience was very impressive. I called them late in the day and they were super responsive! They came out the next day assessed the problem and referred us to the manufacturer and even advised us how to talk to them because we were technically out of our warranty. I called and they were totally right! The manufacturer is going to come out and repair it for free now based on this companies advice but they weren’t before and we’re gonna charge me 3-4 times. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and awareness of keeping costs as low as possible. I will definitely use them again if I need anything.

My KitchenAid refrigerator ice maker stopped working so I called Econo. Adam came out a few days later which fit with both of our schedules and swiftly diagnosed the problem. I was going to need a new ice maker. It was a Monday and he came back on Thursday with the new one, installed it and even tightened up the handle on my freezer door! He went above and beyond and I appreciated that. I will definitely use Econo the next time I have an issue with an appliance.

Our new shower in the primary bathroom is an absolute dream. The original tub/shower combo of 1987 was tired, the bottom of the tub dirty looking even though kept clean. The area had been refreshed 12 years ago, and the original fiberglass tub painted 6 years ago. Researching and selecting a professional company was the hardest part of the job. I saw a Shugarman's van in our area and looked them up. We researched the materials and hardware we wanted before calling them. Shugarman's is a delight to work with from the first contact phone call to the first hour and a half sales presentation by Fil answered all of our questions. It was 3 months before our job was scheduled, but it started on the promised day. Our two day installation was straightforward, with Jorge (George) completing the initial demolition of the old tub and walls, and plumbing install. Jorge kept everything clean and didn't damage the preexisting floor tile. The next day Shane and Sean came to install the new base, walls, ceiling, window trim and hardware. Again, everything was cleaned up. No surprises and no damage. We have a lifetime guarantee on everything, which includes their plumbing, as long as we use correct cleaning materials and methods. I highly recommend them.

We engaged Murray Lampert to undertake a pretty major expansion of our existing home that took upwards of 10-12 months to complete. It was a pleasure working with the entire team from the design/architecture staff, project manager, their trade partners and company ownership. We love the finished product and they were always responsive and flexible in addressing issues during the process. They take every customer (small and large) seriously.
For our bathroom project, we needed an older Jacuzzi tub/shower replaced with a big walk-in shower, to match the existing counters, flooring and cabinetry which had been remodeled a couple of years prior. I was especially impressed with the magnificent tiling job performed by MBK's Jaime Velasco, in response to our request. Not only was all of the wall design beautifully tiled, he fashioned special shelving, niches, and a bench, using wonderful craftmanship. In addition, the project was especially well-managed by Mike Moore, who was there every single day ensuring progress and coordination among the various subs. He was tireless and accommodating for the entire span of the construction, never losing his patience and good humor, as well as providing fine-tuning in several cases for finish carpentry, electrical oversight, and --especially--keeping the existing cabinetry, etc., as well as the rest of our house free of dust. Discovered a swarm on a small lime tree in our backyard and called- Roman came out the next morning to remove it (which was fine with me- it didn't need to be the same day.) He worked efficiently and effectively as my friend and I hovered and curiously asked a bunch of questions about bees and bee removal. He was happy to answer our questions and got the job done for a reasonable price. Roman is definitely in tune with the bees- he is very calm and respectful of them!

Our house has very fragile clay tiles and we were warned there would be some breakage. His crew was experienced with roofs like ours and the damage was minimal. We also have over 300 corbels that have a gutter cut out that makes them fragile as well. To our amazement not 1 was broken. Our home was left clean, all mulch that had been cleared next to the house per their instructions was put back in place. We didn't expect that at all. All the doors and drawers we were told to leave open were also closed after the fumigation. Most importantly the termites and other critters are gone. We would highly recommend Hungry Termite.

Cleaning your trees is like a good fall or spring house cleaning. The elm was stretched up and out to the surrounding walls. The jacaranda was years overdue. Shaping and thinning was perfect on both trees. I am very, very pleased with the quality of work. The crew and Chuck met all my expectations and more.

We recently had a week long project completed in our backyard, which addressed continued excess irrigation issues from the attached preserve. Art identified a plan to help remediate, which included removing a significant amount of wet and smelly mud. Art's employees worked diligently to wheelbarrow out mounds of earth for a new drainage system. In addition to their hard work, we were most impressed with how happy the employees were. They talked, laughed, and worked as a team. They always had a smile and welcome when we would see one another. Their demeanor demonstrated a sense of pride in their work and dedication to their employer. In order to complete the project, large potted plants had to be moved and then returned on top of large boulders added to the landscape. We attempted to go out to assist in where the plants were placed, and surprised that someone had taken pictures, and knew exactly how we wanted things to look. After removing debris, refreshing the artificial turf, watering, and completing any repairs, the yard looked outstanding. It's a very responsive and hard working team of employees.

It was the year 2010. It was time. Time to get rid of the lawn and embrace a drought-tolerant front yard with indigenous plants. And it would be cool to have a "blue" theme to go with our new roof. Scott to the rescue! It's been 22 years now and all the plants that Scott orchestrated are now in a comfortable size and bloom. The centerpiece is this marvelous Bismarck Palm that clearly loves living in our front yard! It's a man's yard that a woman can love, too. Tommy and Sun Diego team did an amazing job with my backyard. My old fence was falling down and overrun with vines on 2 sides of yard. I had a rotting pergola also needing replacement. Tommy was responsive and spent time with me talking through what I wanted done to update my back area. At the end of each day, they cleaned up my yard and neighbor's where fence was being done. Tommy had good communication with me throughout the project. My new fence and pergola look great and I'm very happy with the value of the work - quality of the materials and service. I added a few extra projects as the work progressed, including new stucco on a back wall, and Tommy was great with making these add-ons happen while my fence project continued. I plan to use him again when I need my next outdoor project done and recommend him to my friends!
We hired Jeff Cleator, President of Cleator Landscape Design to create a beautiful and clean design concept for new landscaping that would be sustainable and cohesive with the Mission Hills environment. Jeff always responded quickly to our questions, sent a detailed rendering of his design, along with photos of all the plants he recommended. Jeff came on site on occasion to check on the irrigation layout and progress, and placement of the lighting. In the past, it would not have occurred to us to hire a landscape designer, but now that the project is finished, we realize how lucky we were to have found and hired Jeff. He is very knowledgeable, a true professional and we highly recommend him.

Robin and her team did a wonderful job. My wife and I were overdue to have some palms in both the front and back yards trimmed and/or removed, and trimming of a pepper tree that was overgrown beyond the drainage ditch and partially over the rear neighbor's fence. Her crew arrived on time to go over everything, made sure to lay down tarps for easier clean up, and were very efficient. Whenever the time comes to trim again, they will be our go to. Highly recommended.

Very professional company. Their head arborist Larry is very knowledgeable about tree health, tree trimming and tree safety. The workers were accurate, thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. Clint also advised that we consider removing two small ash trees in the back in the next few years, as they will eventually grow far too large for the space. My mom's yard is an absolute jungle, and these guys are great. We have hired them twice now and their prices are reasonable and they are hard workers and they clean up everything afterwards. They also have a lot of fun while they're working and they exhibit teamwork and positive attitudes. We will be hiring them again.

Super happy with my experience with this company. They removed four giant trees from my yard that had power lines going through them and also hung over the house. It took an entire week to fully remove all four trees, but Brody and Mike did a phenomenal job and I was really impressed by their professionalism and expertise. My home looks way better without those giant trees hanging over everything and I also now have five years worth of firewood. I would definitely recommend this company.

Finding a quality dentist is challenging and nerve-wracking because bad dental work can cause more problems rather than fix existing ones. I came here for a cleaning first a few months back to see how it was. I was pleased when Dr. Lee did a full review of my mouth and checked my gums. It's been 4 years since I saw a dentist and was concerned about the damage to my mouth.
He said overall, it wasn't too bad. A few cavities and I needed a crown on a tooth that I've for years had fillings fall out of. After the crown, I was hooked. The quality of his work and the confidence that he has in it. I was apprehensive about a crown because as a kid, I remembered my father having some that cracked. De. Lee said, "Eat and floss normally. If anything happens in a year, just come back." Wow! Even the temporary crown held up to a few weeks of brushing and light flossing.
He instilled confidence, and after my third visit today, I'm happy to leave a 5-star review.

For the past two weeks, I've been dealing with debilitating back pain that has significantly impacted my sleep and ability to sit for long periods. The pain has gotten so severe at times that even taking deep breaths or laughing caused sharp, excruciating discomfort. At its worst, I struggled to breathe normally, and my daily activities were severely affected. For two days straight, the pain was overwhelming. Thankfully, after receiving an adjustment, I was able to breathe normally almost instantly! I've been able to sleep through the night without taking ibuprofen for the first time in two weeks.

I went to Dr. Palmes for neck and back conditions that have been ailing me for quite some time to the point where it was affecting my day to day life with my young kids. After providing my x-rays and a consultation, Dr. Palmes presented me a plan to work on those two areas. What I like was that what we worked on in each visit was dependent on my current progress. He catered each session to how was I feeling. To further my progress, Dr. Palmes gave me homework to do at home, whether it was stretches or certain exercises to help me get me to a better point. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. His assistant, April is personable and very helpful. I am doing very well now and wouldn't be where I'm at physically without Dr. Palmes and April. I highly recommend their service.
I've been enjoying the healing services of Dr. Danny for over 20 years, thanks to a referral from my son. He is a miracle worker! Not only has he relieved me of the occasional pain of sciatica and lower back spasms, but he also provides exercises to strengthen my body and lessen the reoccurrences. I recently discovered his site that had wonderful videos of how to do the exercises correctly, which is so valuable in helping me remember.
My message with Carole was easily the best massage I've ever had. She is very talented at what she does. Her massages are body work meets spirituality in a cozy, compassionate environment. I loved how she asked about my intentions for the service and was very attunded to what my body needed. It was nice and healing how she incorporated affirmations and vocalizations. I had a much needed emotional release and felt very supported and cared for during this portion of the massage. I will definitely be booking with Carole again :) Highly recommend.

Mr Kojima is an extremely rare medical professional. An absolute master of his Dermatology craft AND a deeply caring, emphatetic and selfless human being. I've trusted him with my life and health from his early days with Sharp in the Miramar area, until now. You will not find a better provider in San Diego! It is mind boggling that people question integrity of these reviews.... also, Mr Kojima's academic title plays zero role in his Dermatology expertise. Absolute nonsense to question his credentials like that.
UPDATE NOV 2024 - I had my twice a year check up with Juan Kojima, where once again did his magic, detected a small but ominous looking abnormality, removed and sent to the lab. The lab confirmed his suspicion BUT also confirmed it was superficial, did not spread. It was caught and removed early. Mr Kojima followed up per protocol and did a subsequent excision, saving one more patient. This is what he does on a daily basis, all in a confident and reassuring way. My PSA is this - schedule your exam and screening with Mr Kojima and that might just save your life. Simple and no exaggeration.

Dr. William Heimer was my dermatologist for 30 years. Apparently, he retired and sold his practice to Dr. Seaver Soon in 2019. If anyone knows how to contact him, I'd like to personally thank him for keeping me out of serious skin trouble all those years. The new office said they have no way to reach him, unfortunately.
Dr. Barbara Martin and Dr. Dale Martin are closing their practice on May 31, 2024. They are terrific dermatologists and they will be missed.

After switching my healthcare from Kaiser to Sharp, I lost access to dermatology care. After almost a year of begging my providers at Sharp for a dermatology referral and being denied a continuation of care, I decided to look for a dermatologist in the community. I called to book an appointment with Dr. Blake who was booked out for months and was scheduled with Dr. Moore in 2 days. I was impressed with the care I got today. I was nervous leading up to the appointment because I had lots of issues to discuss and also from being turned down a million times from Sharp. Dr. Moore was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to all of my concerns. She had a ton of ideas and suggestions, while also explaining everything so clearly. She even suggested a follow-up appointment in 4 months to see how everything was going. That felt like a big hug because Sharp would never give me this type of treatment! I forgot the nurse assisting her but she was also friendly. I left my appointment feeling very relieved and supported. I would highly recommend Dr. Moore.

I realize that “med spas” are very popular these days, because they offer similar services at a lower price. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with anyone but a doctor touching my body or face with high powered lasers. As they say, you get what you pay for! The team at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology are passionate about what they do and what they offer to the community. I especially like Dr. Wu’s nurse, Emily. I have been living, often painfully, with eczema for the past 20 years. During the most painful flare ups, I have seen numerous doctors, been prescribed a plethora of topicals, and often leave my appointments feeling discouraged and continuously itchy. My most recent flare up was intense and incredibly painful and after five days of trying to live through it, MedDerm was able to squeeze me in for an appointment with DNP Jay Blake... and I cannot be more grateful!! Not only does Jay have a genuine, professional, and sweet demeanor, he provided the utmost quality care by making me feel comfortable/not embarrassed in my uncomfortable/itchy body. He also detailed options on what we can do moving forward and how we can work towards a future with less pain! His nurse, Jasmine, and Louisa at the front desk were the cherries on top of the BEST experience I've ever had at a dermatologist. Mahalo nui to Jay, Jasmine, Louisa, and the entire MedDerm team... truly, you have lifted my spirits and for the first time, have made me feel like there's hope in my insane eczema journey! We moved from Washington state and I always look at reviews before I actually pick places or like anytime honestly and this place had no bad reviews compared than some annoying person talking about like a phone answering person like a receptionist based off of like some like scheduling issue so I wasn’t gonna base that off of my perspective so I looked at every single review. I swear to God and I chose this vet specifically off of all the reviews and I’m so glad because he’s amazing. He’s very smart and knowledgeable and, I feel that my dog is safe in his hands and I highly recommend him. I have a French bulldog and he’s been in there for surgery and he’s gonna be in there for an ultrasound and I feel very safe and comfortable with this doctor so if that’s what you’re looking for you should definitely schedule with him because I did a lot of research and this is who I thought was very safe and knowledgeable for my dog and I have a French bulldog I feel very comfortable with my dog going under knowing that there’s a slight chance they may not wake up because they breathing problems I know this vet cares so much he’s great

We took our very anxious 11 year old maltipoo here and we're so happy with the staff . From the first phone call scheduling his first appointment with them I felt reassured. The vet came in and sat on the floor with him for quite some time to get him more comfortable with her and both her and the technician took time to get to know him and put us at ease . Our pup needed to have his teeth cleaned and ended up getting 4 teeth pulled. They outlined the procedure thoroughly and gave us costs before hand . On the day of his surgery they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found them!

My 14-year-old Chihuahua Miniature Pinscher, Pawparazzi, has struggled with severe skin issues since June (hair loss, flaky skin, bacterial infection). Our previous vet was fine for routine care, but we saw no progress with these more complex issues. I found CoastView through a Facebook group, & the experience has been amazing. Being a senior dog with health concerns, the idea of a “fear-free” clinic was appealing. My husband was initially skeptical, but even he’s been impressed.
We've had two visits so far, both have been fantastic. Our vet tech, Star, is INCREDIBLE! Dr. Caitie is also AMAZING! They handle Paw with immense compassion, making sure he’s comfortable every step of the way. I recently had the pleasure of using Raise the Wuff mobile dog grooming service for my first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was incredibly convenient and professional.
My dog, Roxy, is a senior dog and usually gets nervous at traditional grooming salons, but having the groomer come to our home made such a difference. She was calm throughout the entire process, thanks to the groomer’s gentle approach and care.
The trailer was clean and well-equipped, and I loved being able to watch from the iPad to ensure Roxy was comfortable.

I had such a good experience here! My dog Tuna has a double coat, and unfortunately we've had our fair share of experiences where groomers shave her when I ask them not to. Jamie was extremely kind and asked lots of questions, she even texted me to make sure the length was okay while she was grooming! 10/10 experience, will definitely bring Tuna back. I will note that the parking lot is a little tight, but there is street parking if the lot is full!
I recently adopted a rescue cat who had been abandoned after his person passed. The cat had been living on the street for over 10 years in a vacant lot of the Mission District in San Francisco. Since April of this year he has been living with me in San Diego and acclimating quite well.
Now that he has settled in I needed to get his nails trimmed to make sure they didn't grow into his paw pads and to give him better traction. I started searching for mobile pet groomers and found Eduardo via Private Mobile Grooming.
Eduardo was able to come to my place within an hour of speaking to him over the phone, and was able to guide me through the best approach to get my cat safely secured so the nails could be trimmed. The whole process took no more than about 10 minutes from the moment Eduardo arrived to when he was done and the nails were trimmed!
I was totally amazed and grateful for Eduardo's peaceful demeanor and approach and for his skill and guidance! I will be scheduling another appointment with Eduardo the next time my cat's nails are ready to be trimmed!

Great Service. They were able to squeeze in my Pomerian Mix for a trim and a bath on Christmas Eve. The closing time on their door states 3pm but they stayed waaay pass that to get the job done in time for the holidays. Attach is the before and after picture.

Wow! This is the most professional and amazing groomer we have ever been to. After a lifetime of going to the groomer every two weeks our 15 year old Malshi suddenly decided she does not tolerate groomers anymore. She is going deaf and blind and is just having a hard time, so long story short we have been trying to find a new groomer that could cater to her spicy senior demeanor. We saw a video of Logan the groomer grooming a spicy dog on social media and immediately made an appointment same day. To say we were relieved and impressed would be an understatement. Beginning to end, booking to pick up the experience was 100/10. The staff is so kind and patient. They took the time to go over our senior's quirks before the appointment and by some miracle were able to groom her completely. They did a wonderful job and she didn't seem stressed at all upon pick-up. Will be back and highly recommend for senior dogs needing special care.
OMG I took my reactive dog to get a nail trim. Let me just tell you Angel was so warm and welcoming to me and my dog. We are for sure coming back. So glad Petco was full otherwise I would have never had the opportunity to have met Angel.
My babies were taken care of so well, I really love the one on one grooming they received. They got a nice bath, ears cleaned, paws scrubbed, cologne for him and perfume for her along with other services done. They smelled so good after and every service was done perfectly. I found my new grooming spot and my babies were so happy to be there. A very big plus for me was pictures and updates so my worry free self could be at peace while I was away from them. This was our first time coming here and wow! She was great with Charlie! Free blueberry facials,amazing prices and she's quick but it's also quality grooming. Modo Yoga is the best studio in San Diego!! The hot room is huge, gorgeous and clean. The instructors are welcoming, encouraging and just brilliant with their guidance during the classes. If you are looking for a hot yoga studio, I can promise you, this is the studio where you will feel comfort the second you walk in.
I love their classes and teachers. Parking is really easy. The studio is small, comfy, and clean. My favorite classes (hard to pick just one) have been wall yoga and hatha.

Currently on my second month of going to Riffs and I couldn’t be happier about the entire experience. I love going to their 6am class during the week, great way to start my mornings. Highly recommend trying it out no matter if you’re experienced or a beginner.
I absolutely love Honey yoga. I've been intimidated by yoga studios in the past but in December I took the leap with Honey and it's been such an amazing experience. Their instructors and staff are so lovely. I've attended HIIT, slow, flow, Hi-Lo and restore each class has helped me relax and become present. Yes, even HIIT - it's beginner friendly and the instructors are so encouraging.
Sunny was warm friendly and a wonderful Iyengar yoga teacher. She gave great suggestions and adjustments in a homey studio.
It was my first time with the instructor Sue Ann and only my second time at this studio because I don't live in SD, but already I can't wait to return. There is something very satisfying about taking a class that is both familiar (Iyengar) but also challenging, when you are taught new poses. It was restorative but not "nap time" for adults. We also we used the rope wall, my favorite, and lots of props. Tip: get there early, parking can be difficult.

From the planning to the entire week together, was organized and relaxed. You have a beautiful way to relax the group thru your words and style. The combination of yoga, meditation, journalling and discussion was so helpful and cleansing for me. The yoga was as gentle as I wanted or as aggressive as anyone wants. I recently attended a reformer class, and it was fantastic! The instructor did an excellent job guiding us through each exercise. I was sweating and felt the burn throughout the session, but the workout left me feeling amazing and energized afterward. Highly recommend!

I got into an accident a few months ago and was recommended to come here for physical therapy by my doctor. It seems like they are pretty well known here since I see patients from all sorts of injuries. They have athletes that come here who hurt them self as well as patients that need physical therapy from accidents. When I first got here they started off with a consultation to see where my pain was and the severity of it. The doctors were very knowledgeable and pinpointed what was wrong with me. He said that the cause of my back aches were from these two lower points on my back that was close to my hips. He passed upon it and showed that there was pain there which I didn't knew was there. He said that it would alleviate the pain with some physical therapy and some cortisone shots. After 3 months of physical therapy and the shots I was pretty much cured. They instructed me to do some exercises once their treatment was done and it really helped. Don't hesitate to come here because they know what they are doing. I wanna thank one the girls that worked on my, she was doing the accupressure part and really did wonders. I think that's the part that help me the most.
Absolutely amazing place to learn Pilates. The instructors are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, attentive, and very welcoming towards new students. The space is peaceful and clean. Our posture and strength has visibly increased after just a couple months.We are so glad that we gave this place a try before giving up on Pilates thinking it's not something for us (based on our experience elsewhere).
Jessica is not only a pilates instructor to me, but also a cool friend to hang out with during sessions. She’ll introduce you to traditional Pilates (not the Lagree Pilates you often see at other studios) on the mat, reformer and Cadillac and will help you a lot with your form.Her guidance has helped me transform both my body and mind - just trust the process and give it a shot! ;)
This is one of the best private studios and instructors in town! Daniella is just incredible at what she does. One can tell she has studied Pilates, the human body, and movement extensively. She caters each session to your specific needs and requests. You will always walk out of the session feeling stronger and with improved posture. I highly recommend taking sessions with her.

Point Pilates is by far one of the best places to get a killer workout in!! Amazing instructors that demonstrate, educate, and guide you to reach your personal goal within a judgement free space. And what a better distraction from a kick butt workout than the beautifully balanced studio space complimented with a gorgeous view looking over Point Loma.
First time I tried Pilates. Great instructor. Made it fun. Cannot wait to go back and do it again. Such an interesting combination of equipment and movement. My spine is fused in multiple places and I feel like this is something I will be able to do and enjoy, now and in the future.

I love this studio; I always leave feeling so refreshed and stretched out. Shout out to Emily, one of their newer instructors. I absolutely LOVE her classes; I didn’t used to get sore from Pilates, but she incorporates some amazing moves that I really feel the next day, all while still feeling that amazing stretched out feeling I get after Pilates.
I have been doing Pilates for over a month and so far, I have been to 3 of the Club Pilates locations. I have to give praise to this location in 4S Ranch!! There is something about it that I just love!! Sophie and Ella are always so sweet and greet me with a big smile! And Dippy's Class is fabulous!! She is on point and takes time to assist the members when needed.
Still loving this place. Nick has fixed my shoulders and my left knee, and I try to go every 2-3 weeks to keep me pain free. He is a super nice guy and has a fantastic memory and truly cares. He is super strong throughout the whole massage and I am amazed how he can keep it up for the full 60 minutes. Thanks Nick!

Getting the 10 series + customize treatments after was a game changer for my body. I’m an athlete and during the time I was training for a marathon. I had hip and foot pain that kept flaring up. With the help of Lauren ~ being consistent with my treatments. I PR’d for my marathon and had zero pain during or after. I’m extremely grateful for her. Highly recommend for my fellow runners, athletes, gym goers, or anyone wanting to get more in touched with their body and improve their performance overall.
One thing about this place is that they're going to find every single knot you have. I went in thinking just my shoulders and neck need help, but Perry literally found knots in my arms, my lower back, my feet, literally everywhere. Places that I didn't know were in dire situations until I came here. After coming here a few times, something you need to know is that you're going to feel like you got bruised up, but you'll soon realize that your whole body has been loosened up. Truly the best.
Tranquility and peacefulness... This was my first time visiting Forest House SPA, but it would not be my last. The management was warm and welcoming, the staff was very sweet and kind, and a deep tissue massage was beyond belief. The facility is beautiful, and decorated in a way that promotes happiness and relaxation. Sophie was my message, and when I go back I will request her by name.

**This is an absolute honest review** I love this place. I always frequented them in the past and was very sad when ON and PARE left. It was hard finding someone like them. The new women they have are absolutely amazing as well. SENA is THAT GIRL!!! She stays in constant rotation between my husband and I...we're always bickering over who she massaged the last time lol. She is the one!! Love her so much. I had ELLIE for the first time today and she was awesome. I have no complaints!! I think we found the dynamic duo. Ellie is also so funny. If you can't get these two women I also highly recommend Pui. Can't really compare her to anyone she's just as good if not better!

I tore my ACL and Garrick and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic! I came from a different PT clinic and what a difference in service and quality. Garrick immediately noticed issues that my prior PT did not. He provided recommendations that I felt finally got me over the hump! When you come your only regret will be not coming sooner!I was referred to Rejuvenation Bodywork by a friend who has gone to Clark in the past. I had an issue with my hip and back due to an old accident that was coming back to haunt me. I could barely walk. He watched me walk and within 10 seconds he pretty much figured out the problem and knew what to do. After my first session I saw almost immediate pain relief and could walk better after a day. I have tried Chiropractors, Massage, Physical therapists and nothing has worked even close to as well as Clark's bodywork.While he is more expensive than a Swedish or deep tissue massage, I assure you it is worth the extra money. This is not a standard PT or massage. It's very apparent that Clark really enjoys his work and cares about his patients' best interest and wants you to be successful in your treatments. I cannot thank or recommend Clark @ Rejuvenation enough!Side note: the location is easy to find and has plenty of free parking.

This team knows their stuff to say the least. I unfortunately have seen my share of physical therapy practices in my life and this team is absolutely the best I've ever found.
I have been to four physical therapy clinics in San Diego and Evolve is by far the most professional. The people at the front desk are very courteous, helpful, and do a great job of texting several days ahead to notify patients of upcoming appointment dates and times.My physical therapist for the last year and a half has been Meghan Burris. She originally worked on a bad meniscus tear and more recently a torn rotator shoulder injury. Of all the therapists I've seen she's easily the best. Meghan has a great feel for increasing the degree of difficulty without overdoing it. She takes a personal interest in seeing progress in all of her patients. I highly recommend her.
Jeremy Bowlin is such an amazing therapist! Our daughter had trouble with her walking, balance and overall strength and within six months we have seen such great improvement! She has gotten significantly stronger and is running, jumping and climbing like any child her age. We are so grateful and highly recommend Jeremy & TES Therapy!
I have been coming here the past 2 months (total of 9 sessions) and I've really enjoyed my experience overall! Briana was fantastic because she made my first ever PT sessions comfortable, personable, and really helped me with my plantar fascitis, the pinch in my piriformis, and de quervain's tenosynovitis (that I could've gotten or triggered through teaching a lot of yoga). The pain went away after 3-ish weeks, but I decided to stay to focus on strengthening.
After my first session, I was given a printout of the exercises I did and it included detailed instructions, pictures, and a QR code to scan for videos too. I was amazed at the efficiency and ease! Then during all my sessions after that, Briana took her time figuring out how to creatively challenge me in order to improve my conditions. She answered all my questions and explained the purpose and effects of the exercises.
The flow in the office between all the PTs and clients in this one room is managed very smoothly without overwhelming or dismissing clients like myself. I think this greatly has to do with the clinic director, Eric. He is very attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and intentional. His team seems to really like working at this location with him and with each other based on how they balance sharing the equipment and converse throughout the room. It really makes a difference in providing the best sessions for the clients... and feels like a great workplace too!
Another thing to note is it is easy to book appointments over the phone and there is plenty of parking. It's a quiet area of business buildings but this clinic can get busy and popular. If I have any physical issues again, I'll be sure to come back here.

Dr. Uzi is magical. I hurt my back in the same spot that I hurt it 7 years ago and it took me four months to recover from my herniated disc. This was only my 2nd session with him in one week, and I have 90% mobility in my back. I am so surprised by my quick recovery, but at the same time, he took as long as I needed in sessions to feel better and even offered extra time with the acupuncture needles in my back, as well as healing tape. I was very skeptical because his prices were $20 or more over the normal prices, but now that I have almost completely healed my back in 1 week, I am never going anywhere else. I can now walk my dogs with ease this week, and that’s what makes me happy.
I adore Nalu Healing Arts! This was my second visit. I feel so lucky to have found this place through an Instagram ad. I just had my first reiki session with Taqiyya. I had only done reiki once before at a different place and didn’t like my experience there. I’m glad I opened myself up to it again. I’m feeling so refreshed after seeing Taqiyya. I felt much more comfortable with her methods. What she was able to pick up from our session was very fitting. I appreciate her direct approach while also having great energy and compassion. I also just had my second facial with Jessica who I absolutely love! The first time I came in was for an acne facial and back facial. I had been experiencing some abnormally severe face and body acne. She completely cleared it up with extractions and the amazing holistic treatments. I am obsessed with the Osmosis skincare line so I purchased a whole set my first visit per her recommendations, including a 10 day detox supplement cleanse. I have been loving all the products and my skin has stayed clear. Jessica’s vibe is amazing. I love chatting with her during our sessions. I’m so excited to see her a third time in a couple weeks. I’ve definitely found my go to spot. I will definitely be coming regularly for the classes and infrared sauna as well. I got to meet the owner, Nalu today too. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Self care is an investment and I feel blessed to be in good hands here. Absolutely worth it!
Oscar and his wife Sita own this and they are both excellent Accupuncturist and they also have other Accupuncturist in there and everyone that I've had Work on me is fantastic! I injured my left shoulder a week and a half ago and after three acupuncture treatments, I am pain-free and I can lift my arm over my head now! That is amazing! Acupuncture is truly magic. The ambience here is great and very relaxing... They play beautiful, relaxing music, low lights with air purifiers and essential oils going in the room. It's just a lovely experience! I've been going to this business often and on for so many years I can't count them! I highly recommend this business!

I eagerly anticipate our meetings because I truly believe in the effectiveness of her treatment plan and the treatments themselves. Dr. Erin is incredibly professional, caring, and considerate, making you feel instantly relaxed with her soothing presence. Trent at the front desk is outstanding and impeccably organized. The pricing for both acupuncture and herbs is fair, which I greatly appreciate. Unlike many fertility clinics that exploit women's situations, this place genuinely cares. I want to let you know my experience with Jenna Sanborn at Calm San Diego was fantastic! She helped me with my bunion pain, gout and overall foot pain in a matter of 6 weeks. I was having so much difficulty walking and was in constant pain. I had been to 2 different podiatrists and all they wanted to was operate. Jenna's knowledge of accupunture and the human body along with her caring heart found a way to erase my pain and allow me to walk again comfortably. Highly reccomend this business and especially Jenna!
I came in with back/shoulder pain I was having for years.. Dr. Ryan Lee targeted the problem areas and educated me on WHY it was happening. I felt a little better after the first session, but the progress just built up over time as I trusted his plan. I now feel like I have a handle and control over it. He is such a gift to the world for doing such great work, because I am now able to work out and sit for hours without the issue arising again and again. The session feels like more than acupuncture...it feels like a specialist who truly cares about you and is giving their best for your benefit. I had lots of pain in my neck and shoulders and massive headaches before getting dry needling. It saved me. I feel so loose just after a few sessions. Eyton is very personable and fun to be around. I went to an acupuncturist previously and hated it but now I love it. Eyton really does heal you.
The clinic is very clean and hygienic, and the service prices are competitive. Dr. Liu is very friendly and approachable, with extensive knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and exceptional acupuncture skills. In just six sessions, my back fascia inflammation pain was greatly relieved. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’m not sure where to begin, but in short, Beckham is simply the best. Thanks to his guidance, I passed on my first attempt. He has an intuitive sense for when to challenge you and when to build your confidence. From our very first lesson, he took me onto the freeway, and in that moment, my fear disappeared. Beckham will only recommend you take the test when he’s confident you’re fully prepared. He’s calm, friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating—making every lesson a positive experience. If you’re looking to learn to drive, there’s no one better; he’s not just an instructor but a true friend, mentor, and guide.

Dave Highly passionate, highly knowledgeable, but also very much no-nonsense. That said, he also never turned down a question, and always went out of his way to ask me if I needed anything as I was leaving once class ended. That stuck with me. Jared Jared was the physical force that transitioned my "reading of a script" to a verified and legitimate pre-trip inspection. He could sense when I was overloaded with information and conversely when I was hungry for more; importantly, he knew when it was time to take some time off before giving things another go. Rest and recovery are just as important as the information, you see. Adrian I simply cannot express enough how integral this gentleman was to my success. Coming in understandably anxious to drive on Day 1, Adrian, kept his cool with me (in my opinion) far beyond he should have. Saying he was patient and understanding would be a huge understatement and a disservice to his description. He never lost patience with me, and constantly adapted to my learning style when something wasn't working. To explain on that a bit more, what really stood out was his ability to adapt to the varying needs of us as individuals with different ways of learning; he took the time to understand the way I specifically learned. He noticed I wasn't retaining simple verbal instruction, and took the time to write out the (highly detailed) precise steps for me in algorithmic format (the way I'm used to learning coming from UCSD) and by the next day, sure enough I was breezing through thanks to the accommodation. I can honestly say I owe my driving skills retention and success on that scope to this kind, patient man, and proper teacher. From my time at University, I've experienced my fair share of "teachers". Thing is, anyone with reasonable experience in any given complex task can tell you "how to do it", but is that really teaching, or is it just opening their mouth and regurgitating a script? To me, a teacher is someone who is effectively able to break down that complex task into an easy-to-understand format to someone seeing it for the first time, and take the time to cater that knowledge to the student's needs if required. Knowledge is undoubtedly held by many who call themselves teachers, but patience and adaptability are the added qualities that truly give the title meaning. Ted This man is your ice breaker into the real world of trucking. My time with him, though limited, was dense with knowledge; the type you don't get from a textbook, even though it's just as valuable. Ted was packed to the brim with ridiculously entertaining stories of his time spent on the road. It was refreshing considering his stern initial presence. He was also very considerate of me during a bout of nausea one day. He gave me a Powerade and some much-needed reassuring words. May not sound like much, but trust me, that's some pretty high value stuff when you're about to throw up. Thanks again for having my back that day, Ted. Andre The most strict and no-nonsense of the yard bunch, but that is not to be taken in a bad way; quite the opposite. I'll be damned if those excited words of his didn't stick with me and instill good habits. "Don't you touch that clutch! Don't you do it!" Andre was a character, but also a very memorable gentleman and a highly necessary part of my overall instruction. He ties the group together quite well and I owe a large portion of my better driving practices to his teaching method. Robert (Bob) Robert was my "DMV support". How cool is it that we literally get a support system that follows us to the DMV for our licensing test? He laid to rest my sporadic last-minute worries, and spoke wise words with rough edges that needed to be heard, and were valuable to me in the closing moments before my testing began. He’s very patient, Understanding, CALM and Really has a good intuition for dealing with nervous students ! Passed my drivers test with ease and with every lesson I felt more confident! Explained every part of the driving test and ensured that as a student, I would be prepared for the routes and all maneuvers.
I just took the CMSP course September 23/24, 2024. My instructor was Charli and she was a really great instructor. She was funny but also she could be pretty "mean" (that one is for you Charli). This class definitely isn't for those who are sensitive and not coachable. If you can't take criticism and apply it to your riding then you will not pass. Instructors are 100% lookin out for everyone and our safety. I passed the test feeling confident, although i've been around motorcycles, dirt bikes, and mountain biking growing up, this course is very valuable for when you are a beginner rider. If you really want to ride you should put 100% of your effort and focus into this course if you want to pass. And it's the best $425 i spent this year. Shoutout to Charli for helping me grow and feel confident in my riding.

My brother took a 2 hour lesson with Yolanda prior to taking his driving test and he passed!
