Michelle is PHENOMENAL!! She’s super sweet and accommodating and made my appointment fly by. My last wax at another studio was a little bit traumatic and I’ve hesitated getting a Brazilian since. Michelle spent the first couple of minutes of our appointment walking me through the process, and even offered me sugar wax as a gentler alternative. This is the BEST wax I’ve had in San Diego, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Michelle is the best waxer I have ever been to. First and foremost, she is so unbelievably sweet and fun to talk to! I’m a bit shy; I always tend to feel a bit anxious before a wax appointment, but I am never nervous around her! She is very warm and welcoming, and so is her space. Not to mention so unbelievably gentle! She is never rushed, and always takes great care in giving me a wonderful wax.
