First time trying Pilates ! I was really nervous because I thought you had to be a professional but Deej set us up with a beginners class and It was awesome . I brought my mom and aunt and they loved it . We will definitely be coming back . Thank you Deej !
Tried out Pilates for the first time with instructor Khadejah and totally fell in love with it! She was very attentive and corrected my form when needed. I loved how not only does she verbally teach the class, but does the workout with you. 10/10. Will definitely be coming back!
I am first time Pilates girl and I may say that I have really enjoyed trying it. I am so excited to go again. Khadej was my instructor and she is absolutely amazing. All around a great experience! Thank you so much for showing me a new way of working out!
