I've taken Pat's classes at other centers. She's always great and always has creative twists on traditional poses. This is my first class at IYCSD. Looking forward to making it part of my routine.

We would highly recommend taking classes at this studio. We participate regularly in a workshops at this studio offered by directors Eddie Marks and Mary Obendorfer. They possess a wealth of information about the practice and study of Iyengar Yoga and are personable and generous as teachers. Eddie and Mary often work together within the context of a workshop class offering students the unique opportunity to recieve assists, adjustments, and instruction from two highly experienced instructors. The studio's teachers and students are friendly and welcoming. The space is a clean, well organized, beautiful place to practice. Candace & Joseph S

In addition, the teachers continue to advance their knowledge by studying directly with the Iyengar family.
