Spine and Sport PT has been helping me with a chronic issue, and I found them to be professional, caring, and compassionate. Especially, my therapist Angela helped me tremendously with unique exercises targeting my condition and has been meticulous about monitoring my progress and updating the exercises. She also inspired me to switch to minimalist shoes that made a huge difference with my balance. I am also grateful for her guidance in starting treadmill, which I have been avoiding, but now find very helpful in my healing journey.

I can't thank Spine and Sport Sorrento Valley enough for making my physical therapy experience so worthwhile! The whole team is super friendly and supportive and go above and beyond to provide the best possible care for their patients. I was working with Angela and she was not only extremely knowledgeable and attentive during our sessions, but personalized my recovery plan to address my unique musician's injury and lifestyle. Spine and sport have been so great! Everything from Scheduling to the actual exercise.. I've been. Coming here for almost a month straight now an Angela has been so kind go me throughout my time at spine at sport! I had the pleasure of meeting her as a student in encitintas and I was so happy to see her at the sorrento Valley location and my pain has severely decreased since starting. I used to have severe muscle spasms, but I have not had any in about 10 days now. She also takes into consideration.
