I was waiting for my burrito next door and remembered that I needed a house key made. Told them that I went to a key kiosk and the key doesn’t work. They redid the bad key AND made me a brand new, shiny, gold key that works! I offered to pay but they refused. Now that is the kind of customer service that’s hard to find! I highly recommend this place. Super fast and friendly. Thank you so much!
We have used commercial Lock & Safe a few times now and every time they were quick to respond to calls, setup the service date and very professional. The Technicians are very knowledgeable, on time and complete the job efficiently.
I lost a key and stopped in the shop this past Friday as they are nearby to me and I was already in the area. Jim and crew were extremely helpful in helping me solve my problem of picking the lock and creating some new keys.
