The teachers are fantastic; the space is gorgeous; and most importantly after every class I feel euphoric, strong, and, dare I say, filled with bliss.“
“I began training with Abu in 2022 however our work together was cut short by a family tragedy. I came to him in October of 2023 with a specific goal in mind. I needed to get fit for a week of skiing in Canada planned for the last week of January 2024. Prior to getting started, Abu patiently listened as I explained that I was prepared to push myself to get in maximum shape. He outlined a program of skiing related exercises, gradually increasing the intensity, to have me peak for my trip. The compact facility is well equipped. His ability to explain and illustrate movements is extraordinary. I feel he intuitively senses the fine line between asking me for more and recognizing when I have reached exhaustion. He gave me routines to do between sessions with a caution to "not overtrain". The last month included three weeks of high volume rotations (strength, balance, agility, speed, etc.). The final week we tapered to the finish. When I boarded the plane the next day, I knew I was ready. Abu is incredibly knowledgeable and can be a stern taskmaster when needed. He is also warm, funny and welcoming. Training With Abu is a great joy! I highly recommend his services to anyone; from a person reengaging with fitness to dedicated athletes looking to move up to the Next Level.“

“This man changed my life. I am not exaggerating.I started working out with him last year in 2021 and at the time I was skinny-fat, had no stamina, and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Now my body definition has changed drastically for the better, I feel more energized on the regular, and I'm en route to diabetes remission! “This gym is a great space. The staff is accommodating in explaining everything about membership and answering follow-up questions. They got me off to a good start with the utilities and the app's benefits. The equipment is new and takes my workouts to the top. The gym is always clean inside and out. The other members were polite, allowing me to get my workouts done and focus on the right things. The locker room has many available locker, just bring your lock. There are showers and all clean spaces. I like this gym, so I'll be going here from now on.“
