I started working with Adam 4 years ago after my daughter pointed out my impressive belly during a family vacation. As an engineer, I spend a lot of time sitting so I had back pain, poor posture, limited flexibility and a pot-belly on a 125 pound body. With 3 sessions a week, Adam has eliminted my pack pain, increased my shoulder mobility, greatly improved my posture and reduced my belly.
