While watering the yard outside this morning, I realized that one of our outdoor faucets was having a large leak. In over half an hour it had filled a bucket up! “i manage a property in Oakland and we've been using Backflow Pros for awhile as the property opened in 2006. i've only been at the property for almost 2 years, but this year would be the 2nd year working with Tom personally. last year we ended up having to break a lock for the valve because we couldn't find the original key (great, right?), and the technician that was dispatched was kind enough to let us have an extra lock he had in his truck. he's reliable, techs are always on time when it's time for Backflow Testing. price is VERY reasonable compared to other competitors. you can trust Tom and his staff to do the job and they're very honest. 10/10 from Lincoln Court and their staff!“
