Had a ground floor flooded on Saturday night. Called several plumbers on Sunday morning: they were the only ones to call back promptly, and to show up in less than two hours. It was not an easy project, but they told me that since it was an emergency, they would give priority to my problem. By Monday night everything was fixed, It was not cheap, but they did a lot of work digging the floor and locating the broken sewer pipes. I can not compare their cost due to lack of other plumbers ever showing up or even just returning my calls. They were very professional and did everything they said they would. Definitely will call again if needed !

I had a gas pipe leak and PG&E turned off my gas for safety reasons. I had a few quotes from different companies, but Fast Response was the only ones who made me feel like they had the right experience to get this fixed in an efficient manner. Tim Benton and the whole team were wonderful to work with. Everything from digging up my driveway to replace the pipes, to getting the inspectors scheduled, and also fixing some other much more minor issues was a good experience. Communication was really good, and everyone on the team had pride in what they were were doing. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Sink disposal stopped grinding and Fast Response was able to come out quickly. With a turn of their allen wrench (mine clearly didn't fit properly!) the internal wheel was freed and problem fixed. Zero charge for me and in and out in less than 5 min. Thank you for the excellent service, a heartwarming bay area experience!
