I had a plumbing emergency at 9:30 at night and I called SDR because I was not sure that my complex was going to return my call when I got a message service. I told them that I’d pay them even if my complex maintenance crew did show up. They did and I called to cancel and he refused to take my money. He was coming all the way from Daly City and I was in San Mateo. I’m so grateful that they answered the phone. I sadly didn’t get to experience their plumbing experience but with customer service like that, I’m not worried that they are as awesome as their willingness to help out a customer in need.
