Overall they did a good job. However, one set of hot and cold water taps are reversed and despite numerous attempts to get someone to come out to remedy this problem, we are not getting any response. If not for that issue I’d rate them 4 or 5 stars, but for a pro to mix up the water lines and then not come to fix it is not a professional manner of business.
