“Steve did an amazing job replacing our leaky water heater with a new unit. He talked us through the pros and cons of different options without trying to sway us to do the option that would be easier or more expensive. He also problem solved with us the issue of the new heater not quite fitting through the door frame of where it was supposed to go, ultimately taking off just a tiny piece of the frame. I appreciated that he was able to solve the problem in a low-impact way. Would definitely recommend!“
