Initially hesitant about Hunter Douglas coz it's a high-end and pricey brand, we wanted to see the actual shades before making a decision. Steve, understanding our concerns, patiently introduced us to Hunter Douglas products in a highly professional manner without any pushy sales tactics.Deciding on Hunter Douglas shades, we contacted Steve for ordering and installing. After installation, I accidentally broke one of them, I messaged Steve and he was very responsive. He came on the same day to check the issue himself, and within 1 week, he came again taking the broken shades away to mail that to factory for repair. “There was leakage in our double pane windows. They looked milky, cloudy and dirty, but we couldn't clean in between the panes. We interviewed a number of window companies None were as good as Frank at Rosegold Builders. He came out to our house, was very polite and professional, measured 7 windows and sent us a proposal that night! Because the other estimators did not respond for weeks, we accepted Frank's proposal right away. We wanted our windows in before winter storms! The windows were delivered in 4 weeks!Javier and his son, Nestor, worked seamlessly. They were very organized and neat and they respected homeowner and property. The windows were perfectly installed and look beautiful!!! When Javier and Nestor were done, they cleaned up, and not a speck of dirt or debris was left behind. The job was done in one day and a half, and they returned the next working day to pick up the old windows for disposal as promised! We are so happy with our new windows!!!“
“My elderly mother's sliding glass shower door was no longer rolling smoothly and was told it was a safety hazard, so I needed to get it taken care of ASAP. A couple of contractors said that they couldn't replace the rolling bracket and recommended to replace the entire glass sliding unit. With a call to Able Glass, Ron the technician came out the same day and surprisingly said that the rollers just needed to be replaced and he had parts in the car. So my mother was thrilled that they could repair the shower door when she was previously told it needed to be replaced. Ron was awesome--on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely recommend Able Glass!“

“We knew what we needed so we didn't have to visit their showroom. Everything was done over the phone. I went online and found the fireplace I wanted. I found Cal Window/Fireplace through the manufacturer website.I wanted to see the fireplace in person. I called Cal Window and Fireplace, Patrick let me know they didn't have the fireplace I wanted on display. But he said he could order it and save on the shipping because they're a local dealer.I would still recommend checking out their showroom.I placed my order over the phone. There was a little delay, because the first unit was damaged in shipping so a second unit was sent.The fireplace we purchased was just a prefabricated unit (it's just covered with concrete backer board). See the attached pictures for the before and after stone marble veneer.I'd definitely go with Cal Window and Fireplace again. Ask for Patrick or Sean.“

Other companies: “once one of the glass panes breaks must put in whole new sliding door system.”In total Chris of Ed’s Glass put in new double glass pane, cleaned adjacent glass pane in track & cleaned track. on 3 sliding Exterior glass doors: replaced rollers, silicone tracks, washed the glass, made adjustments, installed lever locks, and resized an oversized by 6” screen door. Professional service, provided update, confirmed appointments, and cleaned work area! Everything works so much better!!“

“Enrique is extremely helpful and professional. First, his bid for a replacement window after a burglary was half of the Anderson bid. He explained the process thoroughly. When the window arrived, he scheduled installation the next business day. The installation required substantial work, which he supervised. They replaced the framing with new wood and cleaned everything up. I am so grateful this unpleasant episode had such a satisfying conclusion, thanks to Enrique's experience, work ethic, and empathy.“

The 10 windows and slider are in and look great! They completely transformed a tired family room with 40 year-old cloudy windows into a beautiful room that looks like it's out of Architectural Digest. And I was really impressed by the installation team. They are permanent employees of the company with a lot of experience and knowledge on how to install these windows.
