Enrique is extremely helpful and professional. First, his bid for a replacement window after a burglary was half of the Anderson bid. He explained the process thoroughly. When the window arrived, he scheduled installation the next business day. The installation required substantial work, which he supervised. They replaced the framing with new wood and cleaned everything up. I am so grateful this unpleasant episode had such a satisfying conclusion, thanks to Enrique's experience, work ethic, and empathy.
