Dain responded promptly and kept me informed each step of the way. The window installers did a meticulous job, while keeping a clean work area inside the house, and cleaning up the outside at job completion. I'm impressed with the professionalism and care taken by everyone at American Window Specialist Inc. and am so happy with how much my new windows add to the attractiveness of my home. I believe that noise reduction and improved insulation are added benefits.
They replaced 2 old windows for me, nothing fancy, pretty straightforward. They did a good job, I'm happy and their price was reasonable. The service was quick, the windows arrived earlier than they quoted me, but that is probably beyond their control, it probably depends on the window manufacturer. Still, it was nice to get the job done quickly.
We used American Window Specialist to replace all of the windows and the patio door in our home. Dain was so helpful and responsive throughout the process, from getting the quote to installation. Very professional and courteous team with fair prices. We are very happy with our new windows and door. Highly recommend their services!
