There was leakage in our double pane windows. They looked milky, cloudy and dirty, but we couldn't clean in between the panes. We interviewed a number of window companies None were as good as Frank at Rosegold Builders. He came out to our house, was very polite and professional, measured 7 windows and sent us a proposal that night! Because the other estimators did not respond for weeks, we accepted Frank's proposal right away. We wanted our windows in before winter storms! The windows were delivered in 4 weeks!Javier and his son, Nestor, worked seamlessly. They were very organized and neat and they respected homeowner and property. Rosegold Builders did a great job on several of my house projects. I worked closely with Monte Bishop and he was amazing. He installed new windows, trim, baseboards and helped me design a custom fireplace mantel. Not only was I pleased with how everything turned out, but he was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Rosegold Builders and Monte Bishop!
