“Absolutely wonderful company. Their attention to detail was spot on and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves when they left. My partner and I had contracted a different company to do our backyard projects and they left behind a lot of mess but the workers who came from Mr and Mrs Construction company were very respectful of our home and made sure not to leave messes all over home when they finished. Also just great work for the price point, I don't think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else.“

“There was leakage in our double pane windows. They looked milky, cloudy and dirty, but we couldn't clean in between the panes. We interviewed a number of window companies None were as good as Frank at Rosegold Builders. He came out to our house, was very polite and professional, measured 7 windows and sent us a proposal that night! Because the other estimators did not respond for weeks, we accepted Frank's proposal right away. We wanted our windows in before winter storms! The windows were delivered in 4 weeks!Javier and his son, Nestor, worked seamlessly. They were very organized and neat and they respected homeowner and property. The windows were perfectly installed and look beautiful!!! When Javier and Nestor were done, they cleaned up, and not a speck of dirt or debris was left behind. The job was done in one day and a half, and they returned the next working day to pick up the old windows for disposal as promised! We are so happy with our new windows!!!“

Will they listen to your worries, and will the job be finished properly.We didn't know but now we do! FS delivered and completely resolved our sinking foundation. It's down to the bedrock (over 40 feet) and we don't have to worry anymore about water. They leveled the structure with interior measurements guiding the lift process. “The Switch to the overhead kitchen light wasn't working and caused other problems. The outlet for the deep freezer was dead as a result. The Neko electrician diagnosed the problem and quickly changed out the switch. A plug in wire had come unplugged from the old switch. He explained that the springs that hold the wires plugged in would become weak over time due to heat and vibration. Rather than replug the wire in the old switch, he installed a new switch. The current problem, no pun intended, was solved, as were future problems with the old switch. He was quick to respond with a scheduling, showed up at the appointed time, was very professional and personable. Nico will be my go-to for electrical needs in the future. In addition to water damage renovations, we also wanted to update the layout of the lower floor, remodel our bathroom, and replace previously carpeted areas with LVP. “GADI Construction converted an old bathtub in a house with old plumbing into a beautiful walk-in shower with a dual rain shower head system that complied with California regulations and installed a beautiful Moroccan-inspired mural into the shower - AND fixed an ADU all within less than 2 months, all while staying within budget and on time. And when we hit a few snags - as anyone who has done construction knows, snags will happen - my project manager, Eitan, a genius construction manager, took charge of the situation daily and solved the issue without fail. After Eitan completed everything, the town inspector thanked me for "bringing in the right guys to do the job." “We had a new patio cover installed and are mostly happy with the result. The only problem is that there are two leaks where the new patio cover meets the roof of the house. I have contacted the company several times (phone calls, text message, email, and written letter) but there has still not been a response. David did leave a voice message saying he was following up on the work done, but did not mention anything about the leak. I did not complain about the nail that missed going into the beam and looks really sloppy, nor did I complain about the fingerprint marks left on the beams.I f and when I am contacted, these items will be added to the request to fix the leaks. It is really hard to recommend a company that does not follow through with the customers after the work is done.“
