After several weeks of watching different windows companies go through their dog and pony show of upselling all their products and services, it was refreshing to meet Chad who really understood what we needed and more importantly, what we didn't. He took the time to examine the source of the leaks with our windows and advise us which windows had to be replaced vs which ones could probably wait a little longer.Additionally, Chad went above and beyond in helping us find other contractors in other trades to address additional issues we had around the house, checking in with us regularly even after he "made the sale" on our windows, with nothing to gain for himself other...read full review

Our initial consultation with Ed was informative and straightforward. We weren't sure the source of a water leak, and Ed encouraged us to explore the problem to ensure we were confident with the investment. Customer service for scheduling was good. The man who measured the sliding glass door area was challenged by our questions because of a language barrier. The installation job was fast, clean and a beautiful end result. Nice job!
