I figured there was no way anyone would be available but Mike called my husband back within the hour and was at my mom's house within 2 hours! He quickly diagnosed the issue and then showed my husband how to set it up so that my mom could use her AC until he ordered the part. He was back with the part in 2 days and had it installed and blasting ice cold air in a blink! Extremely nice guy and knows what he is doing.
