“I was looking to have the PCR Covid test done, which I was told on the phone would be $90 because they do not take (or my?) insurance. Ashley was the only one there, so it was a bit of a wait, but I know this is the nature of urgent care facilities.When she was getting ready to help me, she realized that I was requesting the Covid test that is sent to the lab, and she told me they do not have it. She immediately called another urgent care, asked them if they have the PCR test, and if they would take my insurance. She was SO NICE and helpful! She gave me the address, and I left a happy camper. Thank you Ashely!!!“

“Dr. Marta and Dr. Borrowdale are so awesome! Yes, that's exactly how I had to start my review. I have been coming to this office for the last six years. Is it so much easier to just show up here when you need to see a doctor pretty quickly instead of waiting for an appointment with your regular doc. The visit is usually takes no more than 45 min, and they always take excellent care. They are very personable and they genuinely care. After each visit they call back to follow up. I always tell my family to come to this clinic even if it's far away from where they live. Also as a tip, I have been to ER and to urgent clinic and what I realized is why waste 3+hours at the ER if you can get quick check up here?“

“The waiting room was horrible. And it was first come first served. I was glad the man with the bleeding hand got in finally. I was in pain... once I got in to be seen the doctor was great and diagnosed me. The wait was horrible, the waiting room was horrible, but the doctor was great.“

“Everybody here has been very helpful, patient, and understanding with me. Always expect a bit of a wait. The first time I went in I didn't expect to be here so long, but I also checked in after 4pm. Today I went in around 3 and got out by 5, which was pretty fast compared to last time. The staff are compassionate and are LTGBQ allies, and have helped me to get my psychiatric medication as well as set up an appointment to establish care after switching insurance. The wait can be annoying so come prepared with a backup battery and maybe snacks. It's not a quick in-and-out but they are incredibly helpful.“

“This is my second visit. Robert Ruiz, PA-C is an exceptional clinician and human. I visited an urgent care in Auburn 2 days ago for acute asthma. I was given an RX costing almost $300.00 that was not available and needed to be ordered, according to my pharmacy. I called back and the second one ordered cost even more, and not available. No immediate help and my breathing was getting worse. I called back to ask for help and was told to go to the emergency room. Fortunately, I remembered my previous very positive experience with MedCare and Robert Ruiz. He evaluated and treated me with an inhalation treatment even when they were closing. He ordered medication and acknowledge what I had been saying for weeks. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication. So refreshing to be seen, heard and guided by a true wise professional. I am keeping his contact and will whole heartedly share it.“

“Started having an infection in one of my arms and was able to get a thorough assessment and medicine. The medicine I got though was extremely powerful in making me drowsy that I basically slept away 12 hours of my day. I thought this was the only urgent care that Mercy had to offer but there is another one in Elk Grove which I will probably go to next time because it's closer. I arrived right when they opened so the wait was less than 10 minutes. As long as you ask tons of questions the more treatment they provide. All doctors and nurses I had were kind and provided useful tips on how to heal. Just got to say I was afraid to go in but I'm glad I went. When I went in, my arm was feeling very itchy and painful in some spots but after a day of rest and using their tips and prescription my arm feels normal again. It still has redness but it looks like it's healing. Just a small update, what I found really good about this urgent care was that they called me weeks later to check on how I'm doing. I've been to other urgent cares from other medical groups before and they never called to ask how I was doing.“

“This is for the labor and delivery unit. I gave birth to my son 9 months ago, alone. I was pretty sad but the whole staff was kind, gentle, accommodating, and just soo soo CARING. I felt welcomed and loved even lol. Since I came in alone I didn't have anyone to take pictures of me and my newborn the nurses took them for me and I didn't even have to ask lol felt like I was surrounded by family I wish I could thank them all individually. Also, one of the nurses made me a mocktail right after birthing my son haha so sweet. They truly are the best.“

“This urgent care is really good , to be honest , their kinda better then my own doctors sometimes , I came in here for a ingrown toenail and never been here it was easy because my insurance was covering everything I feel like if you don't have insurance or money to pay out of pocket then you might have a harder time but that's anywhere you go not just here but they were super helpful and helped me and got me within like 5-10 mins I didn't even wait that long , the ingrown toenail was successfully removed and I feel so much better ! I was scared to go here because how bad the reviews were but I had a really good experience cannot speak for everyone but they definitely helped me , I would recommend going here“
