Very organized, friendly and helpful. Gentleman at front desk was really friendly and handling many patients that came in after me. The two physicians/PA’s were great nice, very helpful with explaining. Great written summary too. Many arrived soon after I did yet all were handled professionally. None were turned away like I was at Carbon. Definitely recommend!

I'm so impressed by the level of care and follow-through at American River Urgent Care! I needed their service on a busy Sunday afternoon and the receptionist, nurse and doctor were efficient, kind and professional. I received better treatment there than at my primary's office. To top it off, the next day the receptionist called to let me know that he sent in a referral to the orthopedic doctor. 3 days later, the receptionist calls again to make sure the orthopedic doctor has called me for my follow-up check-up. I hope not to need their service again, but if I do, I would be in great hands.

I was feeling sick last week and did not have a primary care physician to visit. I was able to come in to the urgent care and was seen so quickly! I was initially nervous because I felt terrible, but the doctor and team there comforted me with their attentive, speedy, and excellent care. The staff there works really well with the physician. You can tell they enjoy working together and it translates into how it the clinic functions. The doctor explained everything to me with patience, and he even gave me a follow up visit this week to make sure I was recovering well.
