Was seen 4/3/2024 came in after opening took about 10 mins to check in and get called back. By far this was my best experience with Sutter I’ve had. The LVN ( Bonnie M.)was super sweet and helpful, then PA (Bart Peterson) was also super attentive towards my needs and had the nurse come in and get fluids started. Overall the easiest urgent care visit with some of the most genuine medical professionals I’ve met. Will definitely be back if I should ever need anything.

Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. They got us in within a timely manner while still giving us great care. The doctor answered all my questions and didn't leave me feeling uneasy leaving with my son having croup.

I went to this Sutter Urgent Care in Roseville yesterday, to address my sore throat, ear pain and cough. I haven’t been feeling well past couple of days; thinking maybe I had strep throat or could be a cold, maybe the flu, distant thought…possibly covid. I went into their lobby, wearing a surgical mask. I was timely checked in by an attentive front desk staff member. I was pleasanrlu surprised to be called in within 10 minutes!My provider’s name was “Julie”, she was so polite and thorough.
