Urgent Care in Roseville

“Was seen 4/3/2024 came in after opening took about 10 mins to check in and get called back. By far this was my best experience with Sutter I’ve had. The LVN ( Bonnie M.)was super sweet and helpful, then PA (Bart Peterson) was also super attentive towards my needs and had the nurse come in and get fluids started. Overall the easiest urgent care visit with some of the most genuine medical professionals I’ve met. Will definitely be back if I should ever need anything.“

“This is my second visit. Robert Ruiz, PA-C is an exceptional clinician and human. I visited an urgent care in Auburn 2 days ago for acute asthma. I was given an RX costing almost $300.00 that was not available and needed to be ordered, according to my pharmacy. I called back and the second one ordered cost even more, and not available. No immediate help and my breathing was getting worse. I called back to ask for help and was told to go to the emergency room. Fortunately, I remembered my previous very positive experience with MedCare and Robert Ruiz. He evaluated and treated me with an inhalation treatment even when they were closing. He ordered medication and acknowledge what I had been saying for weeks. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication. So refreshing to be seen, heard and guided by a true wise professional. I am keeping his contact and will whole heartedly share it.“

“I came here to get my tb test read and have my eye exam re done since the carbon health in Folsom didn't clear me for my work physical and it was a awful experience I am very happy to say I had a much better experience here today the staff was much friendlier and I didn't leave in tears from here like I did in Folsom :( than I had much better experience the lady at the roseville location and the dr working today was much friendlier and he told me he would pass me no problem given the fact that I want to work he told me he would pass me if I had 1 arm and 1 leg which I definitely appreciated the doctor being so willing to get me started with a job definitely away better experience by 100000 much more compassionate much better than my previous experience so happy that they where able to meet him very highly exceed my expectations. Very happy with this experience. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody. Looking for medical treatment care, work exams, etc. they are awesome great stuff. Efficient and they make you feel like you were valued and not just another number I will definitely be coming back here again very soon as it's more great spring system. “Nurses were very nice but working very hard. ER people not as nice but I guess the environment they work in doesn't out you in greatest mood. I will say that there should be more communication on shift change.“
