“I was looking to have the PCR Covid test done, which I was told on the phone would be $90 because they do not take (or my?) insurance. Ashley was the only one there, so it was a bit of a wait, but I know this is the nature of urgent care facilities.When she was getting ready to help me, she realized that I was requesting the Covid test that is sent to the lab, and she told me they do not have it. She immediately called another urgent care, asked them if they have the PCR test, and if they would take my insurance. She was SO NICE and helpful! She gave me the address, and I left a happy camper.
