I recently visit this urgent care facility that, despite the long wait, left a positive impression on me. While I acknowledge the inconvenience of the wait, there were several aspects of my experience that I found commendable.First and foremost, the staff at this urgent care facility were incredibly friendly and professional. I was worried after reading the reviews but it was my best option for fast care. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The urgent care was clean and I was in and out in under an hour. This will be my new choice when my primary doctor is not an option.

The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. We waited to be seen for a very long time and when we got back to the room they left us alone for nearly an hour before coming to check in. They made the visit very quick but didn't seem to listen to the history as well as could've been. And when I put my pharmacy info in they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. When I called to get it corrected (after arriving to my pharmacy) they said they could fix it...but then an hour later called and said it would be hard for them to change it and resend it. So I should just go to the other pharmacy. Even though I explained it was not convenient. Will find a different option...read full review
