“Jim Sands is amazing. His staff is amazing, and he does everything in his power to make sure I don't have any pain.I'm one of the unlucky people who has a resistance to numbing agents, so they don't last long. Knowing this, he numbs a few more spots right away.He always lets me know what the next steps are, what needs attention now versus later, and he has great bedside manners.Don't let some of the negative reviews put anyone off from coming here. Some people expect a first-time visit (which takes much longer) to be available in weeks. Every dentist I have been to is booked far out for new patients, just comes with the territory and covid.I've seen a few more negative reviews of people basically never going to a dentist in their life until just now, and then criticizing how the dentist works, crazy how those two things don't align.“

“I could write a novel about how amazing this place is. I have severe dental phobia, like full blown panic attack as soon as I sit in the chair bad. I have never felt so much compassion and patience from a medical professional before. Everyone here will work with you to make you as comfortable as can be and make the experience tailored to you. I had to get 2 fillings done today and I was dreading it for weeks. It was not bad at all and everyone made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Shout out to Katy and Dr. Pawelski for being awesome and making me laugh to try and calm my nerves. As far as the actual work goes, you literally cannot tell I have a filling in my front tooth. The color match is perfect and it looks incredible! I can't recommend this place enough and I will not go anywhere else for dental care! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!“

“When I chipped my front tooth I was understandably upset and a bit beside myself. I called First Choice Dental right away and they were able to squeeze me in the NEXT DAY (first sigh of relief). When I arrived Dr. Adam's explained my options and we decided filing, not filling, both front teeth down to match was the route to go. “Today was my very first visit. I was scheduled for a few weeks from now, but an appointment became available and the office called to see if I was interested. The front line staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Maddy, was very personable, technically skilled and kept me informed along the way. She paid extra care and attention to my sensitive teeth and concerns with tori during x-rays, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Kim greeted me, shook my hand and performed his exam. He was very friendly and informative. Dr. Kim and Maddy were professional and in sync regarding my care plan. My experience felt individualized for my needs, organized, and respectful to my time, without ever feeling rushed. The office is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I'm so glad they called and I could make the appointment work today.“

“Love Dr Kelsey she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had a tooth emergency the front desk staff got me in right away and she reassured me everything was going to be ok with my tooth and fixed the problem I had quickly. She made me feel comfortable and calm the whole time.“
