“Today was my very first visit. I was scheduled for a few weeks from now, but an appointment became available and the office called to see if I was interested. The front line staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Maddy, was very personable, technically skilled and kept me informed along the way. She paid extra care and attention to my sensitive teeth and concerns with tori during x-rays, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Kim greeted me, shook my hand and performed his exam. He was very friendly and informative. Dr. Kim and Maddy were professional and in sync regarding my care plan. My experience felt individualized for my needs, organized, and respectful to my time, without ever feeling rushed. The office is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I'm so glad they called and I could make the appointment work today.“
