“Very welcoming staff who genuinely care about you. On my first visit, the Dr came in and wanted to get to know me before starting my cleaning. You don’t see that kind of care at many dental offices. They take time to make sure you feel comfortable and answer any questions. Appointment was right on time and I never had to wait longer than a couple minutes at any point throughout my visit. Would absolutely recommend this place.“

“My family of four (2 parents, 2 kids) has been seeing Dr Reid since 2007 or 2008, and we could not be happier at East Grove! He's so funny and patient and really listens to my concerns. And I've found the hygienists to be 98% fantastic... had a scowl-y one once during COVID's initial insanity, but she was a floater if I recall correctly, and I have to give all of them grace during that time period... I was just grateful they were up and running as best they could. The reception team is is professional and friendly. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else!“

“My teeth were pretty bad when I first saw Dr. Giswold. She gave me options and helped me figure out a treatment plan that was in the best interest of my dental health, and something I could afford. She was VERY gentle and professional. I'd like to think her staff treated me like they would have treated their own family. I was really scared of being in pain during my visit, but with their amazing skills and understanding, I managed to relax and overcome my fears. “Totally honest, I wasn't looking forward to going to the dentist during a pandemic. Was thrilled to see that First Choice had an online scheduling tool, and I could see all of the available appointments at once. Even better, there were some cancellations and I got in for a first time appointment within two days. Despite the current environment, I felt good about the precautions that are in place. You've got to call from the car to check in before entering, stand on opposite sides of the lobby from other patients, traffic flows in one direction, and everybody has on masks (some people even two or three). Overall the office is clean and modern with the latest equipment. Will was my hygienist and was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, explained every detail/reasoning behind each step, and kept up good conversation and laughs throughout. Although a short time with the dentist, she was thorough and informative. I don't know if anybody will ever look forward to the dentist, but this spot made a solid first impression!“
