Today was my very first visit. I was scheduled for a few weeks from now, but an appointment became available and the office called to see if I was interested. The front line staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Maddy, was very personable, technically skilled and kept me informed along the way. She paid extra care and attention to my sensitive teeth and concerns with tori during x-rays, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Kim greeted me, shook my hand and performed his exam. I've had a lot of dentists and dental work done over the last 40 years, and this place is the best of them all. The staff is top notch and pleasant to talk to. I couldn't ask for better!

I visited Mendota Springs Dentistry for my third cleaning today, and I must say, the team is exceptional. Kudos to Dental Hygienist Ms. Sylvia, Front Desk staff Ms. Abby, and Dental Doctor Dr. Kim. Each of them patiently answered all my questions and ensured I felt comfortable with the process and understood the planned treatments.
