Always professional and friendly. My teeth always feel squeaky clean when I leave. Great hygienists and dentist. Would recommend to anyone. The adjustments they’ve made to ensure staff and patient safety as our community businesses resume after COVID make perfect sense to me and I was 100% confident in the care I received. Thank you

I found cross plains dental through friends two years ago because I had a filling fall out, I went back a few weeks ago for a new toothache. All the while neglecting regular check ups and cleanings. I decided to book both my filling and a cleaning this time... First time in way too long. The team there made me feel so good, safe and respected. I was ashamed that I've put off dental visits for so long and I finally feel back on track. I can't say enough about the kind and genuine folks who work at cross plains dental. I left feeling good about myself and that is all because of their ethic and morale. Best team ever.

My visit today was exactly what I was looking for. Totally professional team, with all Covid safeguards followed. The appt time was kept (actually a couple minutes early!) and the treatment was immediate and completed promptly, without interruption. They listened to and understood what I wanted done, confirmed some things I already knew, and did exactly that, as best they could do with what they had to work with. They did not chastise, or go the admonishment route, and there was no 'up-sale' at any stage. I definitely feel that this is an operation that cares about the patient, and has not been sucked into the 'health care machine" of our times. Thank you Cross Plains...read full review
