“I have not ever participated in a work out class so when my coworker asked if I wanted to try Barre I was scared that it was going to be too much. I watched some Tik Toks on what to expect and the class was amazing. I could not do all the movements but the instructor Liz offered modified movements and I didn't feel pressure to keep up. I still tried my best and I really enjoyed it, I'll be signing up again. everyone from the front desk receptionist Blayne to the other participants, they were all so nice and welcoming.“

3333 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle“I'm an active 50yo and have been increasing my mileage on my road bike, got back into mountain biking, golf, and tennis, and would find myself sore and stiff despite trying to keep up with my stretching and yoga. When I got back into golf, I found my spinal rotation was limited, affecting my swing, so decided to look into Pilates. After the first visit, my lower back discomfort was gone. After a few more visits I felt stronger in my core and felt I could rotate better in my golf swing. I've met with three instructors and they are all wonderful and offer their unique perspective in helping me reach my goals. Studio is clean, warm and welcoming. Right now the 1:1 visits have been extremely helpful for me to focus on different core muscles. I regularly do resistance training and find one usually performs the motion and focuses on the muscle being worked as well as breathing, but Pilates takes it to a higher level of noticing your body/breathing. I can't say enough about Studio Evolve, it's exactly what my body needed for my activities.“

413 Fairview Ave N, Seattle“Friendly, knowledgeable instructors, clean, well-equipped studio and easy scheduling via the app! Highly recommend!“
“Studio 45 is a neighborhood gem! Classes are challenging and the exercises can be modified for all levels. Don't let the "low impact" fool you -- the slow and controlled movements will really activate your muscles and leave you feeling tighter and stronger. The instructors here are great, machines are clean, and the 45-minute classes fly by.“
“Ilka is absolutely the best! I had a mild diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) after having 3 kids back to back but Ilka basically fixed it with carefully planned effective pilates movements in only 4 months. So so so grateful. Highly recommend especially for postpartum mamas.“

505 5th Avenue South Suite 3A, Edmonds“As a person with hypermobile joints and chronic pain, I was always recommended to try pilates but felt super intimidated! I chose this studio after reaching out to a few studios to find an instructor who had experience with my specific needs and ended up starting privates with Kristen. That was a year ago and I can't even believe how much my body (and mind!) has benefitted from pilates! I'm so much stronger and my joints are so much happier. Kristen is an amazing instructor who strikes the perfect balance of pushing me to try new things that challenge my limits, while making sure I'm not overdoing it or sacrificing form.
The classes are also incredible, and I LOVE that they're limited to 4 people so I always feel like I have support if I need it. Every instructor I've taken a class with has been so lovely and they each have different styles. Karla has really created a beautiful community of welcoming, talented people who are happy to share their wealth of knowledge. Very grateful to have found Woodway Wellness!!“

Love the private sessions to focus more leveling up my practice, and the group classes for regular maintenance. 201 Main St #103, Edmonds“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“
“This place is amazing! Changed my life ?Kind staff and owners, digitally managed schedule, private lessons are the way to go ??“
