Quaint small but mighty Pilates studio in north Capitol Hill right next to the 49 bus stop. This studio practices traditional mat and reformer Pilates and specializes in small class formats. The front desk staff and all the instructors are very nice and patient, and will walk around the room to correct form. The equipment was clean and in good condition. I took the Reformer Fundamentals class with Ellie and absolutely loved it! Ellie is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and intentional teacher. I can tell she puts a lot of effort into her class plan and she values safety and inclusion. I’ve had spine surgery and so I almost always need accommodations in workout classes, and Ellie was super helpful which allowed me do Pilates safely and feel welcome. Also, the studio is spacious and clean which is always a plus! I 10/10 recommend this class with Ellie and can’t wait to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am a ClassPass user and frequent Taylor's classes as much as I can. I have explored countless studios all over Seattle, Taylor has managed to create the most welcoming and encouraging space. The classes are challenging but she insures everyone feels seen and confident. You can count on her making group laugh a few times during the hour. Kindness goes a long way, I think anyone who takes her class will agree it's a safe space along with an intense workout.
