I can not say enough good things about F45 Eastlake. I joined on a trial promo ($7 for a week of classes to test it out) and I am so happy I chose to continue with a full membership. Come for the killer workout, but stay for the coaches. The coaches at the eastlake location are what keep me coming back - they know everyone’s names, they’re super motivating and friendly, and I really appreciate that they give tips and pointers on form throughout class. I’ve never felt judged because they all seem to genuinely care. Run don’t walk to these F45 classes!
Joining F45 has been a great experience. The trainers were very welcoming and made it easy to get started. I particularly appreciate that they give feedback on my form when lifting so I can improve. The variation is excellent, something different everyday and a good mix of cardio and resistance. I love being able to just show up since everything is already planned and all the equipment is laid out which makes it easy to be consistent about working out. Looking foward to getting stronger and fitter!
Found this F45 when I relocated to Seattle for the summer and it has been one of the best finds in my time up here. Immediately they were so welcoming and gave us an intro rate to try. Every coach is highly knowledgeable and encouraging—they help you modify work outs, ensure that you are doing every work out correctly, and motivate you to reach your goals…without being pushy! I’ve always had a hard time committing and enjoying workouts but coming to f45 has been fun and stress-free. In fact it has alleviated a lot of my work stress and I leave feeling really good.If I end up moving to Seattle for the long term, I would easily make this my home gym!
