I had thought of Pilates as a fad, but after an injury and illness a friend suggested I try Pilates. I was highly skeptical. But one session at Pilates Northwest changed my mind. Pilates offers a full body workout with well trained instructors. I do lots of other activities - yoga, hiking and gym. But I have come to the realization that Pilates is the most thorough and enjoyable. And Pilates Northwest is a fantastic place to practice. I am truly a convert.

This is a wonder Pilates studio. Very knowledgeable instructors in an inclusive environment. Instructors offer a mix of styles ranging from classical to Stott and everything in between.

I love Pilates NW! I have been taking group and private classes since March of 2022. The instructors are very attentive and know their stuff. The studio is super clean and has pretty much everything. I am continually impressed with what I learn here.
