I was sent to Pilates by my physical therapist (specifically STOTT Pilates) and I found Woodway Wellness. I attended my first 1:1 session and I'm liking what I've seen so far. Karla and Grace are both very knowledgeable and I'm excited to see what regular classes can do to help me get stronger and prevent injury.
So happy I found Kylees Barre classes at woodway wellness! She is supportive, understanding, gives clear instructions and is a fellow momma! Love the mommy and me option in addition to the regular classes.
Just joined Woodway Wellness a few weeks ago through their new member group class package purchase. I've really enjoyed the classes, and love the small group size! The facility is clean with very nice equipment, and the instructors are all very nice and highly trained to support new to advanced students. I'm looking forward to learning more and improving my Pilates workouts!
