“I almost don't want to write this review because if everyone knows how great Verde is, I'll never be able to get a massage appointment! I've been to Verde all of 3 times now, and each time they greet me like I'm their oldest and best customer. I especially appreciate that the massage therapists are willing to mask - I am high-risk and other places have refused. It's just a beautiful place with excellent staff.“
“I love this place! I come to Seattle a few times a year and these guys always welcome me back as if this were my home gym. The workouts are really varied between strength, cardio, hiit etc, with really well maintained equipment and facilities. In addition to the coaches who are all super friendly (Leah, Jordan, Chris, Sam, Natalie are all stars) the other members are always great to work out with and keep each other motivated, their social events last summer were great fun too. While I keep coming back to Seattle I'll be coming to F45 Central District!“
“I've had a wonderful experience at bStrong! I've been attending the small group training for a few months now and have developed confidence and made gains. As someone who is not a fan of lifting, this supportive environment and level of accountability has been huge for me. It makes a big difference to have a developed program and your own space to work in especially while learning. A coach available to offer guidance and encouragement without feeling the focus is completely on you all the time:-) has been the perfect balance for me. It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.“

“I've been going to The Pursuit since the beginning (~7 years). Amazing 50 minutes full body workout. It never gets easy even for me that has taken 700+ classes but that is also the most enjoyable part of it. The first class can be a bit intimidating but now The Pursuit offers Megaformer Basics classes on the weekends so I would recommend taking that class if you're new with lagree method. The Pursuit has two locations: one in Bellevue and the other in Kirkland.“

“My daughter had 5 visits over the course of 1.5 weeks with ARP wave therapy and healed a jammed finger in 2 weeks as opposed to 6 without the treatment. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“

“Lynn is great! I hadn't exercised for quite some time. She started me off slowly and watched carefully to make sure my form was correct to avoid injury. She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“
“This gym is the best, I've been an LA fitness member (TWICE) and more recently an anytime fitness member. Renew has a smaller amount of people and space, but they use it BETTER than anyone else. They train and teach without limit and are there for the SUCCESS of their clients. It's the stronger together mindset 24/7!“
“As a participant in both the Strength Class and Boot-Camp run by Heather Delany of the Northwest Fitness Gym, I have nothing but high praise for Heather, the gym and the work-outs. Heather is a coach who can spot muscle weaknesses and provide exercises to eliminate those weaknesses while increasing the participants strength and endurance. Heather knows how much to push and coaches each participant to his/her best performance. The pay as you go plan means you don't have to put out money to join a gym that you don't use. I look forward to every work-out which is amazing since I participate in the 6:00 am classes.
