“I came to the facility as a walkin pt to the urgent care and the front desk staff was very kind and courteous-I went at 11am last Thursday and I did have to wait awhile but the staff was very apologetic and kind. The Dr I saw was very thorough and willing to validate all of my concerns taking as much time as was needed. This was very important to me and very much appreciated. I had been there for lacerations in the past but not cold/flu like symptoms and I feel I got awesome care and won't hesitate to come back or refer others there as well.“
“Dr Tuvien Le (my PCP) is wonderful! I had an initial physical with another female PCP at the Overlake Issaquah clinic and it was one of the least pleasant health encounters I’ve had. Fortunately, I was able to switch to Dr Le. He’s professional, efficient, courteous, a good listener, and responds promptly to messages. His team is also professional and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Le.“

“I have been going to VM for the last 24 years. Dr. Suhr was my Doctor; he retired, and now I have Dr. Peltier. Both of them are very kind men. I trust them so much that I travel from MT Vernon to Kirkland--over 100 miles--to see my doctor. Why, you ask? Because I do not think there are better doctors than the one I have. I have been well cared for, and they show genuine concern. The 4 I rated VM is because of Franciscan Health. They only give these doctors 10 min with each patient, and making an appointment usually takes 3-4 months to see your physician. Horrible. Since Francisca has taken over, the quality has slipped due to that rule of thumb, which brings me to the billing. They have made mistakes in billing a few times now, and if you do not pay within the first month, they send a person to collections. That is ridiculous, which brings me back to the physicians. How much pressure are they dealing with? Worries me. The doctors and nursing staff are the BEST ANYWHERE.“
“If I could give the nurses and doctors 10 stars I absolutely would. Shawn was awesome. I came in for a sports related injury to try and determine how severe it was. From start to finish everyone at this location was helpful and caring. Shawn is also hilarious, made me laugh and groan at his bad jokes. Best kind of medicine is laughter!“

“Went in to their urgent care on a Sunday morning and was helped quickly and efficiently. The staff were all friendly and sympathetic, and they helped me with my issue in a timely manner. Everything was clean and also very stream-lined. You need to go through a super quick a security check (metal detector) and also wear a mask for the urgent care part of the facility, but that seems totally fair to me. After leaving I continued to feel better and better due to their expertise and recommendations. I will definitely go here again if I have something else come up in the future!“

There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“

“We went 5 mins before they close. Glad they accepted the walk-in. Nurse and doctor who consulted our baby were friendly, patient and listened to the problem and provided the medication and explained the issue and next steps clearly and clarified all our questions. Was very much satisfied with the experience.“
