Went in to their urgent care on a Sunday morning and was helped quickly and efficiently. The staff were all friendly and sympathetic, and they helped me with my issue in a timely manner. Everything was clean and also very stream-lined. You need to go through a super quick a security check (metal detector) and also wear a mask for the urgent care part of the facility, but that seems totally fair to me. After leaving I continued to feel better and better due to their expertise and recommendations. I will definitely go here again if I have something else come up in the future!

Staff was professional and amazing as well as making me feel comfortable. The experience could have been more stressful for me but staff did an excellent job making me feel cared for, while getting things done quickly and seamlessly.

I was a member of Group Health for many years before it became Kaiser. I am extremely happy with the service at Kaiser, I always get appointments soon after I need them and I am very happy with the quality of my doctors. Kaiser sends me reminders when I need prescriptions filled, they send me reminders and notes about upcoming appointments and their website is easy to follow and allows me to keep track of all my records in one place. Prescriptions are delivered very soon after they're ordered, directly to my house. No complaints whatsoever, I love Kaiser.
