“I go here. Dentist and doctor are both awesome. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The reason why I think this place has bad reviews is because people typically want to write reviews for this type of place when they have a bad experience only, not usually when they have a good one. So here's a good one to offset the bad ones.“
“It’s easy to make an appointment online, the office environment is calm, and the staff is pleasant. I was able to get my prescription before I left, which meant I didn’t have to make an extra trip to to pharmacy.“
“Luckily, I got there early and had a scheduled appointment because I waited over 20 minutes to have someone check me in. Once I was called back the nurse and doctor were polite and listened to why I was there. Unfortunately, I left there in same amount of discomfort from falling on my tailbone two weeks ago that I came in with due to a policy of not prescribing pain medications. Having this type of policy should be case by case, not just a blanket rule. The doctor did give me a referral for getting an X-ray. Dr. H had wonderful bedside manner and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her as long as it doesn’t deal with pain management.“
