“All I can say is, "WOW!" I don't normally write reviews for medical offices but I must to tell others of our great services last night. Our first point of contact was the kind and welcoming Cassie at the front desk! She had a big smile and was knowledgeable and sweet. Next, we met the fabulous Maddie MA. She was patient, kind and overall just plain awesome. Lastly, we met Audra Burdulis- PA. she instantly connected with my teenager and made her feel comfortable and kept her laughing. Audra was so cool that the friend that tagged along to my teen's appointment wanted to hang out with her! All three of these wonderful people made our experience at UW VMC Urgent Care memorable. We will only use this facility as we had an amazing experience. Thank you staff!“
“Only had to wait an hour instead of two to three like they suggested. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Even allowed me time to go do other things and then text me when they needed me to be back within 15 to 20 minutes?“
