I got to the Factoria urgent care and was told I needed an appointment. She then looked at the schedule and saw that someone had not shown up. I got right in and was on my way in 15 minutes.
Caring, quick and efficient. After being told there was a 3 hour wait at an Indigo that had one person in the waiting room, I looked online for other options. I joined the waitlist online and it gave me some issues. A quick call and my daughter was scheduled for an hour later. We arrived and were immediately ushered into an exam room and went through the MA, RN, MD, Xray tech and MD again to read the xray. All in 45 mins or less. All staff were friendly, kind and caring. Highly recommend.
Shawn was very hospitable, knowledgeable, & made me feel right at home. Dr. Singh saw me quickly and stitched me up right away. Raquel, the front desk lady, was nice and efficient. Highly recommend the Swedish Urgent Care facility.
