“I have had 2 floods in my basement over the past four years. 1 from an irrigation pump and this time my water heater busted. luckily the water heater has it own space about 4 feet down. water had reached the top and started flooding in to the main part of the basement. My first thought was who do I call that I can count on to get to my home quickly. I had used Servicemaster for my first flood. I was very pleased with there service the first time and decided to use them again. They arrived at my home within a hour. They immediately got to work and removed almost 800 gals of water within a couple of hours. I also commend them for taken precaution when entering my home. “I had the broken pipe in June and called Rossco plumping service, the staff answered the call right away eventhough it was in the weekend and Ross showed up at my house shortly to do inspection. They refered me to the companies who helps handling the floor damages with the insurance company due to the water leak. The pipe repairing was done properly by Rossco Plumpimg and the price is reasonable. I will refer the company to other friends.“

But what really put them on the top of my 5 star chart was when my Family member Tika a AKC Pomeranian died in October. She was a family member , best Friend, my baby. I was crushed. I told him what happened and asked him if he could make me a coffin out of Granite so I could put her under a tree that we used to sit and watch the birds and squirrels, and neighborhood children. He came after hours and made me the most beautiful coffin so everyday I can say good morning and if I decide to move to another home in the future I can take Tika with me. These people have hearts.
