Well, our atheist dishwasher turned Baptist and decided to baptize the house ? seriously though, it was amazing that Verg Restoration was able to do everything from mitigation to completion after the accident. From crawlspace to ceiling these guys were extremely thorough. Very grateful that they were able to deal with the insurance claim communications. Vasya was a huge help. Thank-you! I already sent their contact info to someone who is dealing with water damage. No regrets!
It's refreshing dealing with a competent, no-nonsense company that prides itself on great work and customer service. After a water damage claim, I was recommended to call Verg Restoration and I’m glad we did. They stopped by the same day! You don’t realize just how special they made us feel and the fact that they were able to start the mitigation process so quickly. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I owed them after all the work they have done. Very satisfied customer!
Paul and his team are so kind and professional. They responded quickly to the mitigation we needed after the ice storm and patiently answered all of our questions. They took special care to keep our belongings protected during their work and were mindful about noise reduction. Paul even taped off the door where our cat would be kept to make doubly sure no one disturbed her. They were dealing with many units in addition to our unit and I am so impressed by their workflow and organization. Don’t hesitate to use this company!
