Vancouver Restoration is the best! We had a water incursion while out of state. Kevin responded immediately. He met our daughter at our home to view the damage the next day. He was able to start the next week and complete the mitigation and restoration before we returned home. He was in constant contact with me and provided everything the insurance companies requested. He even contacted the flooring company we originally purchased our wood flooring from and was able to snag a box of matching flooring. Patrick and Kevin did am amazing job! I called them to get a quote on adding more blown in insulation in my attic. They found mold! They took lots of pictures to show me their findings along with going the extra mile and finding the root of the cause. I received a few other quotes, no one else took the time, as my bathroom fans were both vented to the attic, not the roof! They were very responsive, explained how they were going to treat the mold, even offered a free follow up inspection in one year! Would definitely recommend! Five stars is not enough, really hard to find someone that takes the time and goes the extra mile!
I can not say enough great things about Kevin and Patrick at Vancouver Restoration! After Paul Davis Vancouver/Portland left me in a lurch, Vancouver Restoration came in to clean up the mess that Paul Davis had left behind.After I had a sewage back up, Paul Davis Vancouver (recommended by Allstate) came in and promised that they had me covered from beginning to end, and they failed me horribly. Paul Davis demoed my 2 rooms in 2 days, then they let my house go for a bigger job....leaving me with no resolution, and no contractor.
