“We brought in Pure Environmental to provide a second opinion after our first mitigation team wanted to rip out and replace our entire kitchen following a flood from our dishwasher. Thankfully, we did. PE valued the quality of our old, high-quality cabinetry and recommended saving everything possible. They cut out only the necessary damp and damaged areas and kept the rest. It was comforting to know a company would understand the craftsmanship of older homes (1926) and not replace everything simply for a higher payout.Our project manager, Paul, was superb. “Richard the Project Manager for 911 Restoration was professional and efficient. He arrived the morning after I called about my water leak in the basement that flooded my family room. He had a crew arrive the same day and they began moving furniture and damaged rugs immediately. I think 911 Restoration responded quickly and did everything they could to address my water problem. They also discovered an oil leak from an oil tank I had decommissioned seven years ago that leaked into the basement on the side opposite the initial leak from the furnace condenser unit. They addressed this quickly and cleaned it up to the best of their ability. The two leaks required a lot of staff, subcontractors, and equipment to deal with my dual emergency.
