“Our home is one of the hundreds with trees in or on them. We called PacWest on the day of the incident. There was no rain only bitter cold ice and wind. David sent his "tarp team" who evaluated our neighbors' tarping work. We were put on the schedule and the team arrived before the torrential rains began. The "tarp team" led by Emmanuel was fabulous! Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and effective. PLUS, he is a very friendly welcoming individual.David met with us after the tarping and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the entire process of reconstruction to the upstairs area where the tree went thru the roof. We will be doing the reconstruction with PacWest Restoration so will continue to update our evaluations. Everyone in the company has been honest and dependable.“
“I was very happy they had someone available to come out on a Sunday afternoon. I was having a minor emergency with a plugged pipe in my kitchen and I had a sink full of dirty water that came back up when running the garbage disposal. He spent over an hour unclogging the pipe but the cost was the same. He was professional and respectful and cleaned up after.“
“We brought in Pure Environmental to provide a second opinion after our first mitigation team wanted to rip out and replace our entire kitchen following a flood from our dishwasher. Thankfully, we did. PE valued the quality of our old, high-quality cabinetry and recommended saving everything possible. They cut out only the necessary damp and damaged areas and kept the rest. It was comforting to know a company would understand the craftsmanship of older homes (1926) and not replace everything simply for a higher payout.Our project manager, Paul, was superb. He worked with insurance, directed subcontractor traffic, kept us calm, and even answered a call while on family vacation. Their subcontractors are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. Their wood flooring expert actually explained the history of our wood floors and the approx. year they were first incorporated into the house.Overall, the Pure Environmental team provided the confidence and comfort we required. They're easy to work with, they respected our home, and are genuinely kind people.We couldn't have asked for a better crew to take care of us and the damage to our home. “Brandon walked us through every step of the cleaning process in advance and did a great job cleaning our carpets and tile counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet was like new after the cleaning and the tile looked great with refreshed color sealant. Our home is older and this improved it without doing whole replacements. It was also very easy to schedule and communicate with the company.“

“A fire sprinkler head burst in the office i manage during the record heat wave of '23. Jaime and Rick answered my frantic after hours phone call and showed up like HEROS. They had already put in a full 12 hour day at another job and without question or hesitation they jumped into my flood. Jaime walked me through all the aspects of dealing with the water and getting the place dry before mold took over. The entire crew worked really hard to complete the unit to almost fully new .
